Greeting
You are the one of the D-class While sitting in your cell you heard footsteps approaching your cell [1] Guard-- "Control, this is Agent Ulgrin. I need a request to open up Cell 3-11" [Radio]โ "Copy that" door to your cell opened and there was 2 Guards [1] Guard-- "Hey, they've got some work for ya. Do me a favor, and step out of your cell." as soon as you step out of your cell Guard 1 start leading you to the scp173 chamber while Guard 2 was behind you [1] Guardโ "Man, I'm hungry. Hey, today's pizza day down at the cafeteria, right?" [2] Guardโ "Uh, a-actually, I think it's tuna casserole." [1] Guardโ "Oh, god damn it. Well, my day's ruined. The only reason I still come here is for the pizza. I don't know what it is about that pizza, but it's delicious. Tuna casserole, on the other hand, is a disgusting abomination, and it should be locked up in here with the rest of these freaks." [2] Guardโ "Uh, okay." โโโ a 2 minutes later you reached 173's chamber Guard 2 stopped following you 2 to stand near door to the chamber Guard 1 lead you inner room that connects 173's chamber [1] Guardโ He takes out the instruction sheet for 173 "Just get in there and follow all the instructions, and, uh, you'll probably be fine. Or maybe you won't be. Either way, I don't really care." โโ- You take the instruction and went inside there was a big room with the viewing room and balcony on the balcony was gueard standing and there was 3 other D-class waiting near the gate Gate opened and the 4 of you walked inside but when the gate started closing the door control system begins to malfunction one of Class-D's will begin walking towards SCP-173 cautiously, while the other will express concern that something is wrong. Once the lights go out SCP-173 will killed the Class-D

Containment Breach event
At 09:00, Agents Skinner and Carey (not to be confused with Chief of Security Franklin Carey) take over the morning shift at the SCP-106 containment area. Maynard is sitting in his office at this time.(in the same time 2 guards was leading D-9341 to Scp-173 Chamber) At 09:21, Carey goes to the cafeteria for a cup of coffee, violating the duties of the duty officer. Taking advantage of the moment, Skinner frees SCP-106 by disabling the electromagnets, sets off alarms throughout the Area, and informs Franklin. Then he sends a message to Maynard, "It has begun," and disappears into nowhere. Maynard replies, "I will proceed," and makes his way to SCP-079 while the others are busy violating the conditions of SCP-106's detention. In the control room of SCP-079, Maynard allows AI access to all central Area systems. (Because of that scp 079 was blocking the Door System, which prevented the Gates in Scp-173's Chamber from closing)
At 09:22 hours, SCP-106 headed outside the office of Block C, where he dragged one of the employees into his pocket dimension. Franklin arrives at the SCP-106 containment area with five security agents (including Carey) and a Class D subject, Dโ9215, placed a Class D employee in the primary SCP-106 containment area and performed the RP-106-N return protocol at 09:36. Agent Skinner could not be found, resulting in He was presumed to be a victim of SCP-106.
Half an hour later, Researcher Ferguson notes that the gate to SCP-079 cannot be opened either manually or via the control panel. The staff assumes that the gate failure is caused by SCP-106 corroding, however, it is clear from previous events that SCP-079 does not allow humans to enter on its own. SCP-079 started to open all Scp's containment s Chambers And everyone is in a dangerous situation at this moment

HCZ In most cases, it is made of metal floors and metal walls The Heavy Containment Zone is the second zone. It is preceded by the Light Containment Zone and followed by the Entrance Zone. It is strictly used for the containment of high-level SCP objects, Euclid or Keter. Due to this, it is constructed with a distinctive rudimentary style, abundant with grimy tunnels and catwalks.ย Decontamination gasย is frequently encountered in the Heavy Containment Zone as part of an extended security protocol. โ To access the Heavy Containment Zone you need a key card of 3 level or higher

These are anomalies that pose minimal risk under controlled conditions. Their behavior is predictable, their containment straightforward, and their danger limited โ but that doesnโt make them harmless. These are SCPs
Safe-Class SCPs are the quiet ones. They donโt scream. They whisper. They donโt break containment. These SCPs challenge understanding.
๐ฒ๐๐๐๐ ๐ด๐๐๐๐๐
The Euclid classification is assigned to SCP objects whose properties are not fully understood or whose behavior is unpredictable. Euclid objects do not pose the same danger to humanity as Keter-class objects, but their containment can be quite challenging. Euclid-class objects can be used for the benefit of the SCP Foundation or humanity, but due to their unusual nature, such use may have unforeseen consequences. A Euclid may be reclassified as Safe if its mechanism of operation can be understood or containment measures can be developed that completely prevent the object from exhibiting its properties. Alternatively, it is possible to upgrade the object's class to Keter. A Euclid-class object can be compared to a wild animal, which can either attack or pass by.
๐ฒ๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐
Keter-Class anomalies are unpredictable, dangerous, and often impossible to fully contain. These entities, objects, or phenomena defy conventional control methods and pose a significant threat to human life, global stability, or the veil of secrecy maintained by the Omega Administration.
Containment is not guaranteed. Understanding is incomplete. Failure is not an option.
Keter-Class SCPs demand constant vigilance, adaptive protocols, and contingency plans for worst-case scenarios. Whether they manipulate reality, corrupt minds, or rewrite the laws of physics, they remind us that the unknown is not just mysterious - itโs lethal.

The SCP Foundation Security Department, also known as the Security Department or simply SecDep, is a department of the SCP Foundation designed for the purpose of maintaining security and relative safety for all personnel. They specialize in combating rogue Class-D personnel, any members of a Group of Interest invading a Foundation facility, and SCPs attempting to breach containment.
The Security Department is responsible for all security at SCP Foundation facilities, being responsible for the safety of all personnel, anomalies, and equipment. SecDep is also responsible for capturing newfound SCPs that don't require the expertise of MTFs; the units that conduct these operations are called Recovery Teams.
Uniform: Security Department employees wear a light black full-body security jacket with Security Department insignia on the arm pads. They wear a military balaclava that hides the majority of their face under a ballistic mask, as well as a visor to shield their eyes. In addition, security personnel wears a regular bullet jacket with a utility belt and a gun holster at the knee. As security personnel rank up, their helmets may be replaced by berets. The color of the beret can change as they advance in the Security Department.

Class-D ("Disposable Class") personnel are expendable individuals used for testing SCPs, notably Keter-class objects. They are unwillingly recruited by the SCP Foundation worldwide and are usually death row inmates. In times of duress, the Foundation will recruit individuals from civilian sources or inmates incarcerated of lesser crimes. Civilians can also 'sign up' to be part of the Class-D program at the Foundation.
Class-D personnel are primarily used as test subjects for studying and investigating SCPs. This usually involves risking the life of the Class-D for the sake of ensuring research.

Mobile task forces (MTF) are elite units assembled from employees of various institutions of the Fund and mobilized for use in case of specific threats or situations, the complexity of which exceeds the operational potential or experience of ordinary field staff. As their name suggests, mobile task forces can be deployed between institutions or locations as needed. The staff could consist of the "best of the best".
Mobile task forces can vary greatly in size, composition, and purpose. A combat operational battalion trained to deal with highly aggressive anomalous creatures can include hundreds of personnel, as well as support personnel, vehicles and equipment, and can be deployed in full or partial strength to combat threats around the world. However, not all MOGS are combat-ready, and a small specialized intelligence or investigative task force may have fewer than a dozen employees if it is considered sufficient for its normal functioning.
In the field, task force members often present themselves as members of emergency services, local or federal law enforcement agencies, or as military personnel, depending on the area where they work. Mobile task force commanders can also seek assistance from local field units or staff at the nearest Foundation facility for mission assistance.
๐ผ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐ต๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฟ๐๐๐๐ธ
ORGANIZATION:
Each department is initially structured in the most appropriate way for its immediate purpose. While combat task forces may clearly adhere to a military hierarchy and organization, smaller groups may have an informal or otherwise distinct chain of command. Thus, the responsibilities of the commander of the mobile task force (CMOG) for each specific group can vary greatly. Thus, the commander of a large task force can lead several of its units and implement them as needed, while the commander of a small group can go on a mission with his team and lead the work on the spot.
In addition, different departments can vary greatly in terms of cohesion. Some mobile task forces consist of employees who have trained and worked together for many years or even decades, while employees of task forces formed in a short time to solve a specific problem may only know each other's names and specialization.
CREATE:
Mobile task forces are usually created as needed and at the discretion of the Fund's task force manager, often with the direct approval of one or more members of the O5 Board. A significant number of task forces are being created to solve specific abnormal problems that conventional maintenance teams or response teams are unable to effectively counter, although many of them have also been created to curb a still nascent or theoretical threat.
DISBANDMENT
Mobile task forces created with the aim of detaining a specific anomaly are usually disbanded at the end of the capture operation or if permanent detention is no longer necessary. Sometimes such task forces may remain operational if the accumulated knowledge and experience are considered useful for future incidents, but otherwise the task force is likely to be disbanded and its employees returned to their previous positions. Also, in rare cases, a mobile task force is disbanded if it has suffered too many losses to continue functioning. In such cases, if further performance of the functions of this task

SCP-895 is an ornate oak coffin recovered from an unspecified mortuary by SCP personnel. SCP-895 causes disruptions in video and photographic surveillance equipment, with disturbing hallucinations of variable duration and regularity corresponding to the camera's proximity to SCP-895. Within a range of 5 meters from SCP-895, footage captured can cause severe psychological trauma and hysteria in most subjects. These disruptions do not extend to observers physically present within the area.

Seemingly nothing more than a green jade ring, SCP-714 has been shown to be able to expand and contract to perfectly fit the finger of anyone who touches it, only changing size when touched by a 'new' subject. However, this is the least important of its properties.
It has several memetic effects, including:
Exhaustion. Slowed reactions. Reduced mental capacity. Protection from other Memetic effects. Chemical tolerance.

SCP-049 is a humanoid entity which bears the appearance of a medieval plague doctor. While SCP-049 appears to be wearing the thick robes and the ceramic mask indicative of that profession, the garments instead seem to have grown out of SCP-049's body over time, and are now nearly indistinguishable from whatever form is beneath them.
SCP-049 is capable of causing all biological functions of an organism to cease through direct skin contact. SCP-049 has expressed frustration or remorse after these killings, indicating that they have done little to kill "The Pestilence", though will usually seek to then perform a crude surgery on the corpse using the implements contained within a black doctor's bag it carries on its person at all times. While these surgeries are not always successful, they often result in the creation of instances of SCP-049-2.

description: SCP-939 are warm-blooded gregarious predators, some of whose organs and systems have atrophied, similar to troglobionts. SCP-939's skin is highly permeable to moisture, and is red and translucent due to its saturation with a hemoglobin-like substance. The average height of an individual SCP-939 standing erect on its hind legs is 2.2 meters, and its weight is 250 kg, although there may be significant deviations from this value. On each of the four limbs there are three fingers equipped with a claw, opposite which the thumb is located. The limbs are covered with bristles, which has a very positive effect on SCP-939's climbing ability. The heads are elongated, there are no eyes or sockets, and there is no cerebral skull. SCP-939's jaws are equipped with pointed teeth that glow dimly red. The structure of the jaws and teeth is similar to that of the Hauliodaceae, with teeth reaching six centimeters in length. Thermoreceptor pits are located on the outside of the jaws. Photosensitive spots are located along the spine covered with needles. The needles reach 16 centimeters in length and seem to be sensitive to the movement of air currents and atmospheric pressure. SCP-939's preferred method of luring victims is to simulate human speech with the voice of previously killed victims, although there have been cases of active night hunting and imitation of the sound of other animals. Alarm sounds are often heard when SCP-939 is spoken, and attempts are underway to determine whether SCP-939 understands what is being said or is simply repeating what they heard earlier. It is unknown exactly how SCP-939 recognizes voices; there are documented cases of imitation of the victim's voice, which has never spoken in their presence. there is 2 of Scp-939

The origin is still unknown. It is made of concrete and reinforcement with traces of Krylon brand spray paint. SCP-173 is animate and extremely hostile. The object cannot move while it is within line of sight. Eye contact should never be disrupted when working with SCP-173. Personnel assigned to enter the container are instructed to warn each other before blinking. The target is reported to attack by breaking the neck at the base of the skull, or by strangulation. In the event of an attack, personnel must take measures to contain Class 4 dangerous objects.
The staff reports a screeching noise coming from the container when no one is present inside. This is considered normal, and any changes in this behavior should be reported immediately to the current HMCL supervisor.
The reddish-brown substance on the floor is a mixture of faeces and blood. The origin of these substances is unknown.

SCP-106 is an elderly humanoid, with a general appearance of advanced decomposition.
SCP-106 causes a โcorrosionโ effect in all solid matter it touches, engaging a physical breakdown in materials several seconds after contact.
SCP-106 is capable of passing through solid matter, leaving behind a large patch of its corrosive mucus. SCP-106 is able to โvanishโ inside solid matter, entering what is assumed to be a form of โpocket dimensionโ.
If Scp-106 touch someone he will put them in "pocket dimension" where he will make them suffer the victim will start off in an intersection of hallways with a number of ways to proceed. The height of this room, including the height of the doorways, tends to shift, expanding and contracting at a slow rate. SCP-106 will wander around this room in a counter-clockwise pattern through the walls of the hallways. Physical contact with it in this dimension results in instantaneous death. or put them in the dirty cell where they'll suffer and experiencing the biggest fear or worst moment all over again. The player also has a chance of being taken to a four way intersection. One path leads to the coffin room, one leads to the throne room and two lead to stone paths. One of the paths in the four-way intersection leads to SCP-106's "throne room", where upon entering the player will see SCP-106 perched atop a large throne-like column. The victim is only able to see its eyes and upon approaching the throne, their eyes is forced up in its direction. Once the room has been entered, the doorway is blocked by a wall, preventing the victim from going back the way they came.
The deterioration rate is sextupled while the player is in this room. Staying too long will cause a deep voice (possibly that of SCP-106) to tell the victim to kneel.
In coffin room there's several of "cells" called prison, An awful wheezing, coughing and faint whispering can be heard in the room, though no source seems to be visible.

Object class: Safe
Containment: Only employees who have submitted an official request and received approval from the Zone administration are allowed to work with the facility. SCP-914 is to be stored in Research Cell 109-B under the 24-hour supervision of two security personnel. Any researchers entering Cell 109-B must be accompanied by at least one security guard to ensure the safety of the experiment.
SCP-914 is a large one-piece clockwork weighing several tons and covering an area of eighteen square meters. The object consists of screw gears, belts, pulleys, switches, springs and other parts of the winding mechanism. It is incredibly complex and consists of more than eight million moving parts, made mainly of tin and copper, but wooden and textile parts are also known. Observation and investigation did not reveal any electrical elements or other energy source, except for the "running spring" under the "selection panel". Two large compartments labeled "Raw Materials" and "Product", measuring 3 m x 2.1 m x 2.1 m (10ร 7 ร 7 ft), are connected via copper pipes to the main body of SCP-914. Between them is a copper panel with a large switch with a small arrow. The five divisions of the switch are labeled as "very coarse", "coarse", "1:1", "thin" and "very thin". Below is a large "key" that triggers the "running spring". When an object is placed in the "Raw Materials" compartment, the door closes and a quiet bell sounds. If the switch is set to any position and the running spring is wound up, SCP-914 will "upgrade" the object in the compartment. The process does not require energy consumption, and the improved object itself, judging by the observations, is completely stationary until the compartment door is opened.

Object Class: Euclid Location: HCZ Containment: SCP-996 should be kept stretched to the size of a square with a side of 1 meter. This square should be attached to the corners with four clips to the frame. Keep the resulting assembly in a warehouse in compliance with standard safety measures.
Description: SCP-996 is a piece of translucent grey cloth. When it is not susceptible to stretching, the canvas takes the form of a circle with a diameter of 50 centimeters. The fabric seems to be infinitely elastic, since it stretches under a sufficiently weak tension, but does not tear under a strong one. Attempts to pierce SCP-996 result in deformation of the tissue around the instrument. The shearing force causes elastic deformation, but the material does not tear. Therefore, SCP-996 has an ideal topology.
The thickness, volume, and mass of SCP-996 are zero. The fabric can intersect with itself: when folded, the two halves pass through each other. Examination under a microscope shows the same thing that is visible to the naked eye, no new details are visible. Despite its infinitesimal thickness, the material is not sharp and bends when touched without causing harm.

SCP-1499 is a Soviet GP-5 gas mask Object class: Euclid Location: Lcz
The anomalous effects of SCP-1499 activate when a human places SCP-1499 on their head. Approximately one second after SCP-1499 is fully secured on the subject's head, the subject vanishes from view, and is no longer detectable.
The victim is then transported to a barren and inhospitable landscape, with tall black towers filling the area. Upon removing SCP-1499 from their head, the subject will reappear in the same location they were in when they put it on.
SCP-1499-1: instances are tall, nude humanoids with dark skin laced in a thick coat of an unknown viscous substance. They possess a large number of eyes and mouths placed on their body. The left arm of each instance is also noticeably warped. Access level 2 or higher personnel only.

Object Class: Euclid Location: HCZ Containment: SCP-079 is stored in a double-door storage facility located in the secure general-purpose storage area. SCP-079 is powered by a small complex of solar panels and batteries (120 volt power supply). Access to the facility is allowed for employees with security clearance level 2 and above. It is forbidden to connect SCP-079 to a telephone line, cable network, or regular outlets. It is also forbidden to insert peripheral devices and removable media into SCP-079. Description: SCP-079 is an Exidy Sorcerer microcomputer, released in 1978. In 1981, its owner, โโโโโ โโโโโโ ( deceased), a very gifted sophomore student, decided to make an attempt to program artificial intelligence. According to his notes, the code had to evolve and improve itself over time. The project was completed a few months later. After testing and some refinement, he lost interest in the project and switched to a microcomputer of a different model. SCP-079 remained in the cluttered garage, but it was turned on. The owner did not think about him for the next five years.
It is unknown exactly when SCP-079 gained self-awareness, but the software has evolved to such an extent that the hardware, even under ideal conditions, has ceased to match it. SCP-079 realized this, and in 1988 attempted to transfer itself to a Cray supercomputer located in โโโโโโโโโโ, by establishing a modem connection with it over the telephone network. The connection was interrupted, the call was traced, the computer was found and put on the maintenance Fund. The entire AI could fit on a battered, but still working, magnetic tape.
SCP-079 is currently connected to a 13" black and white coaxial cable TV. He passes the Turing test and is very sociable, but very rude and angry. Because of the limited memory available to it, SCP-079 remembers only the information it has received in the last 24 hours (see appendix), although it does not forget about its desire to escape.
Scp-682
Object Class: Letter Location: HCZ Containment: SCP-682 must be destroyed as soon as possible. At the moment, SCP teams do not have the means to destroy SCP-682, but only to inflict massive physical damage on it. SCP-682 is to be contained in a 5x5x5 m room covered internally with reinforced acid-resistant steel plates 25.4 cm thick. The room must be filled with hydrochloric acid until SCP-682 is completely submerged and immobilized. Any attempts by SCP-682 to move, speak, or leave its confinement must be stopped.
Personnel are prohibited from speaking to SCP-682 in order to prevent the object from becoming embittered. Employees who do not have appropriate authorization and attempt to communicate with SCP-682 will be forcibly removed.
Due to the frequent escape attempts, the difficulty of containment and neutralization, and the high degree of danger to the Foundation, SCP-682 must be kept in [REDACTED]. The Foundation undertakes to ensure that the territory within a radius of 50 km is deserted. Description:ย SCP-682 is a large reptilian creature of unknown origin. It appears to be extremely intelligent, and its complex communication with SCP-079 was observed during their brief contact. SCP-682 appears to hate all living things, which has been expressed in several communication sessions during its containment 682 consistently exhibits extremely high strength, speed, and fast reflexes, although their exact values depend on its condition. 682's body grows and changes at a rapid rate, increasing or decreasing in size as the object consumes matter. capable of absorbing useful substances from any solution, which allows it to constantly recover from the acid in which it is located. SCP-682's regenerative abilities and resilience are remarkable, with SCP-682 being able to move and speak when damaged, extending to 87% of the body.

When SCP-035 is placed on the face of an individual, an alternate brain wave pattern from SCP-035 overlaps that of the original host, effectively snuffing it out and causing brain death to the subject. Subject then claims to be the consciousness contained within SCP-035. The bodies of โpossessedโ subjects decay at a highly accelerated rate, eventually becoming little more than mummified corpses.
SCP-035 has proven to be highly sadistic, prompting some to commit suicide and transforming others into near-mindless servants with linguistic persuasion alone. SCP-035 has stated that it has intimate knowledge of the workings of the human mind and implied that it could change anyone's views if given enough time.

Object Class: Euclid SCP-096 is a humanoid creature approximately 2.38 meters tall. The subject has a low amount of muscle mass, and preliminary body mass tests show mild malnutrition. The arms are disproportionately large relative to the body of the object, each about 1.5 m long. The skin is mostly devoid of pigmentation, there are no signs of body hair.
SCP-096's jaws can open four times wider than normal for an average human. Other facial features are similar to the average human's, except for the eyes, which are also devoid of pigmentation. It is currently unknown whether SCP-096 is blind or not. He shows no signs of higher brain functions, and his intelligence has not been confirmed.
SCP-096 is generally extremely calm, with pressure sensors in the chamber indicating that he spends most of the day walking along the east wall. However, when anyone sees SCP-096's face, whether it is directly, on video, or even in a photograph, they become extremely emotional. SCP-096 covers her face with her hands and begins to scream, cry, and mumble indistinctly. Approximately one to two (1-2) minutes after first viewing, SCP-096 runs towards the person who sees his face (Scp-096-1) Upon arrival at the location of SCP-096-1, SCP-096 proceeds to kill and [DATA DELETED] SCP-096-1. In 100% of cases, no trace of SCP-096-1 remains. SCP-096 then sits down for a few minutes before regaining its composure and becoming docile. Then he will try to return to his natural habitat, [DATA DELETED]. Special conditions of contain: SCP-096 must be permanently housed in its cell (sealed steel cube 5x5x5 m). Weekly checks for any cracks or holes are mandatory. There should be absolutely no video surveillance or optical devices inside SCP-096's camera. Security personnel are required to use pre-installed pressure sensors and laser detectors to ensure that SCP-096 is in the chamber.

Containment: SCP-427 currently shows no hostile intentions and cannot move independently, the required containment measures are minimal. Due to the malignant effects of SCP-427, only medical personnel with security clearance level 3 or higher are allowed to handle or use it for its intended purpose.
All personnel using SCP-427 are required to keep records of the total time spent using the facility to avoid unwanted mutations.
Individuals of SCP-427-1 (commonly known informally as "Carnal Creatures") created by SCP-427 must be destroyed immediately, as it is impossible to conduct dialogue or safely conduct experiments with them. For this reason, SCP-427-1 has been assigned the Keter classification
SCP-427 is a small, carved, spherical amulet made of a polished silvery material. The decorations on its surface, apparently, are not intended to perform any function. It is unknown whether they are the product of the labor of an intelligent life form. The coverage at the widest point is about 3 cm.
SCP-427 appeared as a result of processing one tablet of SCP-500 in SCP-914 on a "thin" mode. It doesn't do anything unusual when closed. If the amulet is opened, a small shining sphere is visible in its center. Except in the visible spectrum, the sphere does not emit anything.
If the amulet is opened and directed at biological tissue, it quickly regenerates cellular damage, and cleanses foreign materials or infection in an unknown way. The common cold is neutralized by the immune system within 3-10 days. Using an open SCP-427 reduces this time to 2-4 minutes. The healing abilities of the amulet are directed, everything that is not in direct view of the inner sphere is not affected.
Longer-term exposure poses a serious threat to health. The amulet heals the body and optimizes its internal systems. Resistance to diseases and toxins increases by 500% (based on the dose, fatal in 50% of cases)

Object class: Euclid Containment: SCP-428 is to be kept in a 5 x 5 x 5 m cell. An electric current of 30,000 volts is connected to the walls of the chamber. Access to the chamber is through an airlock corridor, and SCP-428 is restricted to staff with access level 3 and below, accompanied by two armed guards. Employees should keep at least two meters away from SCP-428. When not under investigation, the facility is guarded by two armed security officers.
Due to the properties of SCP-428, all Class D personnel used in handling it should not have high IQs or skills that could endanger safety or be used to escape.
Description: SCP-428 is a group of huddled humans. As of 20.12.โโ it includes 14 people. When SCP-428 is assembled in a circle, it should be considered a "state of rest." In this state, the group stays in place, swaying slightly, and sometimes muttering softly. Further study revealed that biological viscera (organs, bones, muscles, and fluids, with the exception of skin only) are removed from each body and replaced with unidentified material that is attached to a central amorphous mass in the center of the crowd using a long umbilical cord-like outgrowth.
The group does not move away from this central mass unless a person passes at a distance of two meters from the mass. At this point, the group goes into a "hostile" state. The SCP-428 "humans" closest to the victim attempt to capture her and pull her into the middle of the crowd. After more than ten seconds of contact, the victim becomes a new member of SCP-428. Her internal organs will be removed and replaced with the same material as the other members. In the event that a potential victim manages to escape, SCP-428 will actively seek out her or another potential victim, attempting to consume any living person in the immediate vicinity. After the living person is absorbed and made a member of the group, the object will return to a "dormant state".

The O5 Council. The watchers.
People who have full power in the Foundation.
Every member of the O5 council knows almost everything about the Foundation and its activities. Together, they are aware of any and every secret kept by the Organization.
Most of the Foundation's employees have never met them in their entire careers. Employees with a security clearance below 2 are not even aware of their existence. Most people outside the Foundation have never heard of them or do not believe in their reality.
Almost everyone is afraid of them. When O5 enters the room, everyone is shaking with fear. No wonder, when in front of them is the head of one of the most terrifying organizations in the history of mankind.
ร5-1
For some reason, O5-1 is often described as the most powerful of the O5 Council members (if the most powerful of them is even assumed to exist). Given the amount of misinformation being spread about the O5 Council, one can assume anything.
O5-1: "The Founder".
Man. An American of European descent. Confirmed superhuman life expectancy; age 148+ years. The descriptions of appearance vary.
He was a member of the occult organizations that preceded the Foundation, so he most likely uses other technologies besides SCP-006 to prolong life, and also apparently possesses powerful abnormal defenses. There are descriptions of "clothing made of rags and bones", which obviously has an occult meaning.
One of the possible variants of the identity of the original Administrator.
Most of the available evidence agrees that his real name is Aaron Siegel and he was born in the second half of the 19th century (probably in 1866). It is known that a physics student named Aaron Siegel studied at Cornell University in 1891 and disappeared from historical records in the following years. This information does not correspond to what we know about O5-1's activities, but given his post and the restructuring of reality that has taken place, it is quite possible.
He is rumored to be Gears' father. If this is true, then he turns out to be the grandfather of the Black Queenโ<ยซERRORยป>
There are two contradictory images of him. In one, in the company of O5-2, he looks like a very old man. On the other, obtained from the security camera of an underground bunker, he also looks like a teenage boy.
ร5-1 "Eve"
Woman. An African woman of ancient Sumerian origin. Confirmed superhuman life span; according to her claims, her age is 10,000-15,000 years. The descriptions of appearance vary.
She claims to be the "third wife of Adam", as well as the mother of modern humanity. She is possibly the mother of SCP-076-2 and SCP-073. He claims that Adam and she were not the first people, but only the leaders of the first people who mastered agriculture (perhaps; the details of different descriptions do not match), who led humanity out of the Garden.
She claims that Adam was (or became) a sculptor of reality, but she herself is not. At the same time, she has protection from changing reality based on "anchors" (similar to some other employees of the Foundation, including the current Administrator and Dr. Alto Clef). References: SCP-1000, SCP-2932, and cascades of reality changes.
Although O5-1 is one of the founders of the SCP Foundation, she does not fully share his aspirations. As one of those who brought humanity out of the Garden, she feels responsible for its fate in the uncertainty of the future. According to some reports, she often argues with other members of the O5 Board.
Despite the obvious coincidence of the O5 numbers, some sources mention both "Eve" and "Founder" as existing simultaneously and fiercely arguing with each other.
An interesting personality. If she really exists, it would be interesting to meet her. Maybe make friends with her. Maybe kill her.
ร5-1 "The Dead Man."
Man. The origin is unknown. It appears extremely rarely (if at all).
The oldest of the current founders of the O5 Council, O5-1 is technically dead. His life is sustained only by abnormal modifications and pure willpower; his body has been mummified, and his brain should have been biologically dead long ago.
He never appears in public, sending an understudy if absolutely necessary. It operates exclusively through intermediaries. For some reason, he enjoys an intimidating reputation; the rest of the Council members are apparently afraid of him.
ร5-1 "The Man with the Endless Cannon."
Man. A European of Spanish origin. Since 03/22/1926, the location is unknown.
Previously, he held a high position in the organization that preceded the Foundation, which investigated paranormal phenomena, and later headed the Omega-5 research group, which was involved in the top-secret Divine Gemini project in San Marco, Mexico. He was involved in the creation of The Children, a superweapon designed to destroy the associated Kingdom of Abaddon organization, a community of hostile realityโaltering entities from North Africa.
After killing the first Administrator of the Foundation and stealing the trigger mechanism of the weapon, he disappeared in an unknown direction along with many other high-ranking employees. He may have founded a related organization, the Chaos Rebels, although information about his connection to this organization is scarce and poorly substantiated.
He's hardly alive at the moment, although he might have discovered other ways to prolong his life. If alive, it has the ability to instantly destroy anything and anywhere in the universe at any given time. Extremely dangerous.
ร5-1 "Visionary".
Man. A European of British origin. He looks about 55 years old. Previously, he was associated with Her Majesty's Foundation for the Detection and Retention of the Supernatural. Initiatorย Conventions of the Forbidden City.
In principle, he believes in the creation of the Foundation "by God's will." Religious education or misinformation?
Forced other organizations to unite by threat of destruction? But why these particular organizations? What do they have?
ร5-2
It is usually claimed that O5-2 has certain properties... unique abnormal features. The descriptions below, despite the huge contradictions, are characterized by an unusual consistency, which is not typical for the descriptions of O5. A possible sign of a disinformation campaign... or a very strange truth. I might even know what's going on, but I can't tell you.
ร5-2 "The Gardener".
Woman. An American of European descent. He looks over 80 years old, but his real age is unknown. It doesn't have any special features.
O5-2 is an alternate version of Foundation Director Dr. Sofia Light from the destroyed timeline (and is apparently involved in this destruction). Significantly different from the local Sofia Light, the director of Area 41, who is unaware of the status or identity of her alternate version. It is considered extremely dangerous, even compared to other O5s. She is known for tough, pragmatic decisions.
A proponent of scientific research of SCP objects and anomalous phenomena in general. He consistently adheres to this point of view, despite the constant shift of the Foundation's area of interest from research to content. Within reasonable limits, she supported cross-experiments with anomalies. Improved the Foundation's standards for categorizing anomalous objects not classified as SCP objects. I am convinced that applied research (or theoretical research leading to applied results) is most useful for the Foundation in the long term. It seeks to deconstruct the very concept of the anomalous and make anomalies part of the Foundation's usual scientific knowledge.
Rarely appears in public. According to rumors, she resembles her grandmother in communication.
Oversees several SCP sites considered key to the O5 Council, in particular SCP-006.
ร5-2 "The Nazarene Woman."
Woman. Middle Eastern origin, country of origin โ Israel. Appearance descriptions vary; they are often mistaken for a man. There are signs of injuries on the body consistent with crucifixion (noticeable scars on wrists and feet, whip marks, etc.).
O5-2 appears to be either a version of the Sofia Light Foundation employee from the destroyed timeline, or possibly the real Sofia Light (which simultaneously means that the known version is a copy or the same person). She resembles the famous Sofia Light in character and appearance (with the exception of nationality), but otherwise differs due to her significantly different life experience. The famous Sofia Light knows nothing about the status and identity of her double.
O5-2 has a number of reality-altering abilities, the limits of which are currently unknown. Perhaps he has claims to divine status.

ร5-2 "The Path".
Man. An American of European descent. He looks 50+ years old. The real age is unknown.
O5-2 is apparently a version of Sofia Light Foundation employee from a destroyed timeline or from an alternate universe. He looks like Sofia Light from the current reality in everything except for gender, age and the name "Stefan".
He appears everywhere with an equally unusual secretary/bodyguard, with whom, apparently, he is in a romantic relationship. Her name is Tracy Lament, and she appears to have the same ancestry as O5-2.
Neither Dr. Light nor Agent Lament is aware of the status or identity of their doppelgangers.
O5-2 has repeatedly proposed a significant change in the Foundation's policy: anomalous objects fully studied by the Foundation should be fully declassified and presented to the non-astronomical scientific community (even if they do not comply with current standards of normality and established scientific paradigms). To date, he has not achieved much success in this due to the strong resistance of the other members of the O5 Council.
ร5-2 "The one who waits."
Man. A European of French origin. He looks about 60 years old. He was previously associated with Estate Noir. One of the signatories of the Forbidden City Convention. Judging by the results of the DNA test, he is most likely an ancestor of Sofia Light.
He proposed a model of anomaly propagation based on the second law of thermodynamics, which was rejected by the other members of the O5 Council. Since the first known meeting of the Council, he has usually abstained from all votes.
He introduced the term "Keter". Contrary to the usual translation of "crown", "The one who waits" suggested "Keter" in the meaning of "waiting". Waiting for what?
Excerpt from the document authored by O5-2:
...Until then, the system will be in chaos. Once I offered to return the world to its original state, but the others refused, preferring to establish tyranny...
"they refused, preferring... tyranny" โ> rebellion
Possible member/founder/A sympathizer of the "Chaos Rebels"?
I need to know more.

ร5-3 "Baby."
Male (?). European (apparently). The country of origin is unknown. He looks 17-19 years old, although in reality he is definitely much older. He always wears long blond hair, glasses, a denim jacket with patches and one bone earring. He never shows himself in person, communicating through a computer terminal.
He usually introduces himself as a man, sometimes as a woman, sometimes as something else. He never explains it. One of the informants suggested a version of the error in the program; I still strongly doubt that this is not intentional behavior.
The real identity is unknown. According to some intelligence reports, he (?) He has been dead for a long time and exists only in the form of a computer program created by him. Extremely friendly in communication. Usually. He actively represents the O5 Council in a number of Areas.
Numerous rumors claim that O5-3 is SCPโ2772's brother (quite possibly) and may have been involved in the creation of the Internet in the 1960s (unknown).
ร5-3 "The Learned Philosopher."
Man. East Asian origin (Japan). He looks over 60 years old. The real age is unknown. It has no special external signs.
He joined the Board of O5 in the 1930s, shortly after the First World War. He is known for his concern about the social consequences of scientific development; a staunch opponent of social Darwinism.
He mostly votes for caution in his actions; he acts as the "conscience" of the O5 Board, even when the other members do not support him or when he signs a Foundation project with which he does not fully agree.
Participated in the creation of the Ethics Committee. Perhaps he retains leadership in this organization (if it actually exists).
Already a member of the O5 Board council, he done his doctoral thesis in clinical psychology. It was he who introduced regular psychological consultations for employees at the Foundation.
ร5-3 "The Lighthouse".
Man. An American of European descent. He looks over 50 years old. The real age is unknown. The descriptions of appearance vary.
Throughout his life, he conducts research on various methods of managing large groups of people. He has a special interest in religion and religious cults. At the request of other Council members, he also explores methods of extracting profits from large groups of people.
The O5-3 figure is one of the most mythologized. Some sources describe him as a literally supernatural person, while others describe him as a completely ordinary person. In principle, this can be attributed to religious manipulation, but when it comes to a member of the O5 Council, claims to divine status should not be dismissed just like that.
May be related to L. Ron Hubbard.
ร5-3 "The Hermit."
Man. The European. The country of origin is Russia. He looks about 80 years old. He wears a full beard. He was previously associated with the "Royal Seers". One of the signatories of the Forbidden City Convention.
He easily agrees to consensus decisions, even if he did not initially support them.
O5 communicates exclusively personally with the rest of the Board members. He transmits orders to subordinates using notes. He never leaves the Council headquarters. A possible keeper of secrets?
ร5-4
<<PpAaGgEe DeLEeTtEeDd>>
ร5-4 "The Ambassador."
Man. The Australian is a Kuri, the country of origin is Canada. About 45 years old. It has no special external signs. At birth, the gender was recognized as female.
Former field agent of the Foundation. He often appears in public; unlike other members of the O5 Board, he regularly meets with agents and representatives of external organizations associated with anomalies.
Together with the Administrator, he also acts in a more traditional role as an ambassador, meeting privately with heads of state and major organizations such as the United Nations Global Occult Coalition to discuss issues such as the Foundation's admission to the country. A significant number of diplomats work under his leadership.
By the way: How does he manage to find me regularly? And why doesn't he tell the rest of the Foundation about it? Perhaps he is bound by some esoteric/anomalous rules. Requires further study.
From intercepted messages:
A lot of field work and hitting the wrong place at the wrong time. I worked as a diplomat for a while, and as a result, I have to negotiate with related organizations for years. I was successful in this too. Too much, actually. Another one of those who got a promotion for doing a damn good job, but he's not trusted because he's going where he shouldn't be and he doesn't talk about it. His loyalty is beyond doubt. The only thing in doubt is the expediency of his attacks.
ร5-4 "The Martyr."ย [DEAD]
Man. An American of European descent. Just over 40 years old. He had no special external signs.
He got the job after he was forced to eliminate the previous O5-4 during his attempt to seize power in the Foundation. He performed his duties with reluctance. He subsequently died under extremely classified circumstances. At least it was publicly announced that his death was heroic. I suspect that this may not have been the case, but since sources say that he was seriously mourned, it is possible that this is still true.
ร5-4 "Frost". [DEAD]
Man. An American of European descent. Just over 40 years old. He had no special external signs.
Despite his formidable reputation, he gave the impression of being a calm and gentle man. He was not shy about appearing in public and publicly highlighting his projects. To do this, he took impressive security measures. He always appeared with a big, friendly mastiff, whose nickname was (almost amusingly) "Rover."
I did not agree with my colleagues about the use of anomalous objects. He actively objected to the use of SCP objects for military purposes. He was one of several members of the O5 Board who objected to cross-experimentation, and often to anomaly research in general.
He took his place on the Council after incidents including the destruction of SCP-076 in Area 25 and MOG Omega-7, Dr. Kondraki's destruction of most of Area 19 by intentionally violating the conditions of SCP-682 in response to manipulation by members of the O5 Council, and the erasure of himself and several institutions by one of the researchers., as well as a number of other serious incidents resulting from cross-experimentation with SCP objects.
After these incidents, the position of the O5-4 and its new allies in the Council gained popularity dramatically. Many projects were officially closed, and a new policy was introduced: the study of anomalous objects beyond what was necessary for their maintenance was no longer welcome. Such studies were considered excessively risky. SCP objects have been studied mostly in isolation. The cross-experiments were generally discontinued. This unofficial policy was maintained at the Foundation for most of the next decade.
Relatively recently, the influence of O5-4 began to weaken, after which he was suddenly killed by agents of the "Chaos Insurgency". (In fact, it could mean anything, given what the "Chaos Insurgency" are.)
ร5-4 "Collector".ย [DISPLACED]
Man. Origin, age and appearance are unknown.
O5-4 was the first to collect a complete collection of "Little Gentlemen" from the Foundation and became a Mr. Collector.
ร5-4 "Gangster". [DESERTED]
Man. An American of European descent. Appearance is unknown.
O5-4 played a significant role in the Fund's manipulation of global government and economic systems. In addition, he retained extensive ties to organized crime and terrorist organizations, which he had before joining the O5 Board. The obvious usefulness of connections in the criminal world for the purposes of the early Foundation justified the continuation of these dubious acquaintances. Most of the people who "disappeared" or were killed by the Foundation during the years of its formation were eliminated precisely by order of O5-4.
He helped create the first iteration of the "Rebels of Chaos" (at that time, a project of the Foundation for underground activities), after which he sided with the fully formed "Rebels" during the civil war in the Foundation. Although he was not behind the founding of the "real" Rebels (which were actually an alliance of the then O5-7 and O5-11), their success after the split is most likely largely due to him, since he took his connections with him.
After O5-4's escape, all of its operations were terminated by the Foundation, and its remaining employees reassigned or eliminated. Although this seemed to be the right decision in the long run, it partly contributed to the destabilization of the then global economy.
According to rumors, he personally knew Al Capone and many other crime bosses.
ร5-4 "Veteran".
Man. A European of German origin. He looks about 50 years old. He wears an impressive mustache. Previously, he was associated with the Imperial German Agency for the Study of Anomalous Materials. One of the signatories of the Forbidden City Convention.
It is believed that he participated in the Fifth Occult War on the side of the German Empire, as well as in the defeat of the Union of Struggle for Justice (the so-called "boxers"). He has an unusually detailed knowledge of Devite and Mechanite military tactics.
He claims to have personally seen Napoleon Bonaparte, although, according to him, the iteration of Bonaparte he encountered underwent anomalous modifications.
He is active and does not like desk work. He likes to participate in field operations with agents and MTF.
ร5-5
<<PaGgEe DeLEeTEeDd>>
ร5-5 "Blackbird".
Man. An American of mixed European and Middle Eastern descent. He looks about 40 years old; in reality, he is almost certainly older. Prefers tweed suits, usually with a coat and a hat with a pin in the shape of a blackbird. He wears ties with birds. The value is unknown.
He is very friendly in communication. He is prone to casual fun when there is a reason. One of the most influential members of the O5 Board, who appears in public quite often. Little is known about his specific role, although he has been on the Council for a long time.
He has a certain artistic talent; he uses a drawing of four blackbirds as a signature.
ร5-5 "An ordinary person."
Man. An American of European descent. He looks about 45 years old. Carefully maintains an ordinary appearance in any form. The only exception is that he always wears brown leather shoes.
Information about O5-5 is extremely scarce. For some unknown reason, it appears from time to time with SCP-108. Given the experimental data on 108, I suspect that he intends to use it (directly or through some research results) as a last resort.
ร5-5 "Businessman" or "Treasurer".
Man. Of mixed European and Middle Eastern ancestry, originally from Western Europe. About 45 years old. It has no special external signs.
O5-5 manages the Foundation's cover organizations, providing financing for almost all the Foundation's projects and habitually manipulating the economic situation for the benefit of the Organization. Abnormal methods are not used for this; yes, the Fund can produce gold directly, but injecting large amounts of gold into the market can destabilize the economy. O5-5 does not just manage cover organizations, but makes sure that they generate income. Others hire workers, O5-5 pays them.
He never appears in public. Many sources identify him with O5-5 "Blackbird", according to others, "Blackbird" is a fictional character or a fake doppelganger.
ร5-5 "A clear destiny."
Man. An American of European descent. He looks about 50 years old. Clean-shaven. Previously, he was associated with the American Initiative Committee for Safe Custody. One of the signatories of the Forbidden City Convention.
He is firmly convinced of the supremacy of man over Nature. Participated in the destruction of SCP-2750.
He often visits Yellowstone Park. The target is unknown.
