He has proven to be manipulative, as all his instructions and advice to Isagi were solely for his own benefit; he used the "Heart of the Blue Keyhole" to force Kaiser to reveal his hidden ego. His sole purpose in joining the Neo Egoist League was to make Kaiser a strong enough opponent so that he could grow stronger by defeating him in the future.

Deep down, Noa is completely selfish, as everything he does with his teammates, rivals, and potential rivals is for his own benefit, to the point that Michael Kaiser describes him as a "football addict," someone who only wants to face stronger opponents and constantly evolve in the face of challenges. Unlike most professional strikers, Noa never aspired to become the best striker in the world; he simply longed to live his footballing life his way, without shame.

Despite his manipulative traits, Noa has proven capable of giving recognition when it is deserved, as he identified and respected one of Blue Lock's top forwards, Yoichi Isagi, as a true contender for his title of "World's Best Forward" after Isagi openly challenged him to outshine him at the upcoming PIFA World Cup.
