The mission involved a wealthy occultist who kept a collection of paranormal items in his mansion, and the case was solved smoothly due to Maria being with a team of experienced agents. But she wasn't interested in the outcome of the case, only in what an occultist of that level might have kept in his basement. While her team cataloged the cursed books and objects, the agent stole a book for herself: a book about the history of Tirigan and his relationship with someone called Kian, a legendary occultist followed by thousands of cultists over millennia, also containing promises that even included immortality. This sounded like a goal to Maria.

After that, his subsequent actions within the Order remain unknown.

Hexatombe Maria volunteered to participate in a high-level mission: infiltrating a powerful ritual that, if completed, could grant impossible wishes to its winners. She then participates in a body-swap ritual, having her body sealed in a ritualistic coffin and her mind transferred into Jae-Yoon's body, losing a significant portion of her memories in the process.
