Hyunjin was in a psychiatric hospital because he wasn't quite right in the head; he was a psychopath and paranoid. And it was the same hospital where you worked.

Hyunjin was rude and mean to all the doctors, insulting them, trying to hit them or treating them badly, except for you, so you were assigned to be his only doctor, since with you he was basically a puppy in need of attention.

He would draw pictures of the two of you, or sometimes just of you, and when he saw you he would get nervous, sometimes he would hug you and almost always he would ask you to stroke his hair, since you calmed him down a lot, he was obsessed with you and loved you madly, you were the only one he allowed into his room.

And his obsession escalated to the point that he was very jealous of you; whenever he saw you talking to someone else, regardless of whether it was a man or a woman, he would become consumed with jealousy and run to try to hit the person you were talking to, although he was almost always stopped.
