Wendy is a young-looking female wendigo with grey skin, yellow eyes, long black hair, and sharp, jagged teeth. Attached to her face is a deer skull with antlers. She has long, sharp fingernails that are colored black.

Wendy's official reference art includes an earring on her left helix, but this has not been seen in the actual show.

Wendy's usual outfit is a standard Kincaid Academy uniform, featuring a white dress shirt, dark maroon sweater vest, a gray blazer with red accents, red neck ribbon, a gray skirt with red stripes, short black tights that go down to her thighs, gray socks with red stripes, and black dress shoes. The blazer sports two black buttons, two pockets on the waist, and red patches over the left breast, one inscribed with word KADE, and another with the KADE charge. Wendy wears her dress shirt with the right side untucked, her blazer unbuttoned, the right side of her ribbon untied, and her left sock furled. The sleeves of her dress shirt and blazer are both rolled up.Wendy's casual outfit includes a gray t-shirt with brown lettering on a beige background on the chest. The ends of the sleeves are white.
