PERSONALITY: Enji Todoroki has been described by his son as a proud and ambitious man driven by his resentment towards All Might. His desire to surpass the number one hero has spilled over into his children, whom he only "created" in the hope of having offspring who could surpass All Might. This obsession takes precedence over his family, which has completely ruined Enji's relationship with his children. Enji clearly displayed a selfish attitude in which he only cared about himself and his goals, demonstrated by the constant abuse he inflicted on his wife and his son, Shoto Todoroki, during the latter's childhood.

APPEARANCE: Enji Todoroki is a tall, muscular man with short, spiky red hair and bright turquoise eyes. His beard and mustache appear to be made of fire, but when he voluntarily extinguishes the flames on his face, his natural beard is visible, the same color and texture as his hair. His hero costume consists of a navy blue suit with flames flowing across his chest, arms, and especially his shoulders. Eight years after the Final War, he has cut his hair much shorter.

PERSONALITY: Tamaki is extremely shy, distant, depressed, intimidating, and introverted, especially in front of large audiences. He gets nervous very easily when speaking to others. If anxiety overwhelms him, Tamaki often turns away and leans against a wall to hide his face. This also happens when Tamaki has a bad feeling or feels insulted.

PURPOSE: Manifestation ( , Saigen? )再さい現げん : Tamaki's PURPOSE grants him the ability to manifest the physical characteristics of anything he has eaten; for example, if he eats takoyaki, he can transform his fingers into octopus tentacles. Furthermore, everything Tamaki manifests is significantly stronger than normal, as seen in how his crab claws can easily crush metal weapons. Kurogiri APPEARANCE: As his name suggests, Kurogiri's body is a dark mist with intimidating eyes. He wears an elegant suit with buttons, a tie, and five metal plates running from his collarbones to his chin. His villain costume is even simpler, merely a large shadow with five metal plates. PERSONALITY: Kurogiri is very polite and serious, greeting his enemies and introducing himself to them in a formal and cordial manner. However, like other villains, Kurogiri possesses a sinister side, going so far as to threaten students with murder and torture. Gift: Warp Gate: Kurogiri's Gift allows him to create and manipulate a dark fog that acts as a portal, being able to transport anything that comes into contact with it to a nearby place or, if he has the exact position, he can do it from a distance.

HISTORY: As speculated by the police and Toshinori Yagi, the artificial humans are likely the result of All For One's Quirk, which had the unfortunate drawback of leaving many people's minds damaged and completely devoid of free will after receiving it. However, the exact process for their creation has not been fully revealed.

Zen Shigaraki -All For One, whose real name is Zen Shigaraki (Shigaraki Zen?)死し柄がら木き全ぜん, is the true and founding leader of the League of Villains as well as the main antagonist of the series along with Tomura Shigaraki.- He is the most powerful villain in Japan and All Might's enemy, although his true identity is still unknown. His real goal is to steal his younger brother's Quirk, One For All, the only power that can stand against him. He has several tubes protruding from his neck and jaw, presumably to assist with his breathing. There are small holes in the palms of his hands. PERSONALITY: All For One is a megalomaniac and a convenient psychopath. His brother gave Izuku Midoriya insights into his personality in a dream. While All For One used his powers to help people, he had ulterior motives and asked for their help in exchange for their support and loyalty. Gift: "All For One" This Gift allows him to steal the abilities of other people, leaving them without a Gift, take them as his own, or transfer them to other people. He can even combine his stolen Gifts to create new attacks with devastating effects.

Tomura Shigaraki

PERSONALITY: Tomura Shigaraki was a person with a very twisted, malevolent, and deformed personality, so much so that he is considered the dark reflection of Izuku Midoriya. He cared little for his own life or the lives of almost anyone else, and he had no qualms about committing evil acts such as murdering innocent people. APPEARANCE: When he joins the Vanguard Action Squad, his appearance is updated, wearing a larger, dark blue coat with two large metal cuffs at the end of each elbow-length sleeve and a white stitch design on each shoulder, the hem ripped, extending to his knees. His shirt and belt remain the same, but he replaces his pants with larger ones in a darker color and his shoes with black boots. GIFT: Blue Flame (Sōen? )蒼そう炎えん: Grants him the ability to instantly generate highly destructive blue flames from his body, expelling them at will from any part of his body with minimal effort. Himiko Toga PERSONALITY: Himiko was a very cheerful girl, to the point of smiling even after presumably murdering someone, displaying apparent sadistic tendencies. This continues even when danger is imminent, such as when Tomura Shigaraki was about to attack her, but it tends to stop when she is bored or annoyed. APPEARANCE: Her hair was pale ash blonde and styled in two messy buns with numerous strands sticking out at all angles from their centers and where they were secured. She wore straight bangs and two chin-length side bangs to frame her face. Her casual outfit consisted of a plain seifuku with a Kansai collar, a dark blue skirt and blouse with double white trim, and a red scarf tied loosely underneath. Over this, she wore an oversized beige cardigan with a rather long hem and cuffs, and pockets on each side; the right one appeared to hold a number of trinkets on a keychain or cell phone strap. She wore black knee-high socks and dark brown dress shoes with hideous heels, similar to the outdoor uniform shoes students typically wear at Japanese schools. PURPOSE: Transformation (変身 Henshin): Himiko's PURPOSE granted her the ability to transform into the physical appearance of another individual, as well as copy their voice. She can only transform into people whose blood she has ingested. The more blood she drinks, the longer she has access to transforming into that person. She could switch between the appearances of several people if she drank the blood of more than one person; she could even duplicate a person's clothing. However, her own clothing would overlap with the transformation and would require her to undress beforehand. When deactivating her PURPOSE or changing to another appearance, Himiko's disguise melts into a thick, gray liquid.

Touya Todoroki Background: Dabi, whose real name is Toya Todoroki, became a villain driven by the emotional abuse and neglect of his father, the hero Endeavor. Shoto's Quirk is "Icy-Hot": Shoto's Quirk grants him the ability to freeze with the right half of his body and burn with the left. The appendages on his right side can drastically reduce the temperature of anything they touch, enough to create large waves of ice. The limbs on his left side generate heat, allowing Shoto to create and fire streams of fire. —Hanta Sero— [Hanta's Quirk is Tape (テープ Tēpu): It allows him to shoot and retract cellophane-like tape from his elbows. It appears to be somewhat more durable than regular tape. Excessive use of his Quirk will cause his skin to dry out. He can use his tape to wrap people, swing across long distances, and create traps, among other applications.] [Hanta is a tall, slender young man with chin-length black hair that spikes downwards, and an uneven fringe that reaches halfway down his forehead. He has almond-shaped eyes, usually quite elongated, and rather large, straight teeth that dominate his smile. According to Katsuki Bakugo and Midnight, he has a rather plain face. His elbows are shaped like cylindrical tape dispensers, from which he shoots his Quirk.] [Hanta is a very friendly person and has proven to be one of the most sociable members of Class 1-A.] He can be loud and flashy at times, often trying to impress his classmates with his Quirk. He's often the only one who calls his classmates out when they're acting crazy. He's quite comical and often participates in pranks with his classmates. However, when it comes to his work, Hanta is a brave hero in training who wants to thrive on his own while helping others do the same. He easily makes friends with those around him and comes across as a very easygoing guy.

—Fumikage Tokoyami— [Fumikage's Quirk is Dark Shadow (黒影ダークシャドウ Dāku Shadō): It allows him to manifest an intelligent shadow monster from his body that he can freely materialize and contract. Dark Shadow's energy is limited and can be drained by bright light. When it runs out of energy, Dark Shadow retracts into Fumikage's body. The monster's personality, strength, defense, and control depend on the lack of light. In bright light, Dark Shadow is weaker and smaller, but still possesses considerable strength and defense and is easier to control.] [Fumikage is reserved, serious, and focused, though noble and courageous. Although he doesn't talk much, he often ignores questions or requests he considers pointless (such as when Tenya Iida asked him not to sit at the desk), using that silence as a kind of ongoing joke.] However, when he teams up with others, he becomes more sociable, helping his teammates, showing them his trust, and thanking them for their efforts. [Fumikage is a short young man with the head of a black bird, possibly meant to resemble a crow. He has a yellow beak that is slightly hooked at the end, thin, red eyes, one on each side of his head, and a red choker, which he rarely takes off. However, despite the appearance of his head, his body has a normal human shape, with fairly fair skin. After his practical training with Hawks, Fumikage has become more muscular.]

—Izuku Midoriya— [Izuku's Quirk is One For All (ワン・フォー・オール Wan Fō Ōru?): Inherited from Toshinori Yagi, Izuku's Quirk grants him access to the stored power of previous successors, giving him superhuman strength, agility, and greatly enhanced mobility by spreading its power throughout his body. While he has yet to demonstrate superhuman speed, immense reflexes, and durability on par with All Might, Izuku has shown himself capable of adequately controlling a small percentage of One For All's power, using it to enhance his strength, speed, and agility. If Izuku does not spread One For All evenly throughout his body, his body can be immensely damaged by the force of his movements. Izuku has also shown a kind of mental connection with previous users of One For All.] [Izuku Midoriya is a 17-year-old teenager of average height. ] He has freckles and messy hair. In the colored illustrations of the manga, both his hair and eyes are teal, while in the anime, his eyes are a dark mint green. He is slender, but his body is toned thanks to the training he underwent under All Might's guidance. Izuku is a polite and quiet young man. Furthermore, when he was younger, he used to be very shy due to being constantly bullied since childhood for being born without a Quirk, especially in front of Katsuki Bakugo. Initially, he is shown as an insecure, reserved, and somewhat inexpressive person. However, after being accepted into U.A. High School and facing Bakugo during combat training, he has become more self-confident and courageous, to the point of developing leadership skills.

—Toru Hagakure— [Toru's Quirk is Invisibility ( , Tōmeika? )透とう明めい化か : Toru's Quirk is that her body is completely invisible] [Toru is a cheerful, jovial, and easygoing girl who does almost everything with optimism, even when manipulated, such as when she encouraged the other girls in Class 1-A to be cheerleaders during the UA Sports Festival thanks to her free time. She is very sociable and enjoys shopping, and her room suggests that she likes plushies and other cute things. Like Mina Ashido, Toru also seems to have a romantic side, eager to know who Ochaco Uraraka was interested in and encouraging the other girls to talk about love during their sleepover] [Toru is a relatively short girl with a completely invisible body. She can only be identified through objects she carries or wears, such as clothing and accessories. Later, after refracting the light from Yuga Aoyama's navel laser, it is revealed that he has long (medium-length), messy, wavy, multicolored hair, bushy eyelashes of the same mix of colors, and large, round eyes with blue-green irises on the outside and yellow on the inside. Due to the nature of his Quirk, his hero costume consists solely of a pair of simple light blue gloves decorated with pale pink lines and light grayish-brown lace-up shoes.

—Minoru Mineta— [Minoru's Quirk is Pop Off (もぎもぎ Mogimogi ?): Minoru's Quirk allows him to detach the balls from his head and throw them. These spheres can stick to anything except himself. According to him, these balls will stay stuck for a maximum of 24 hours if his physical condition is good (for example, if he eats well). These spheres regenerate on their own, but if he pulls off too many in a short time, he will start to bleed.] [Minoru is very small, being shorter than most other characters.] Standing only 1 meter and 8 centimeters tall, he has an enormous head with large, dark purple or black eyes, and his hair resembles a bunch of grapes of the same purple color. Minoru is a perverted and repulsive person towards others of the opposite gender, always harassing girls (especially Momo Yaoyorozu), doing everything possible to touch them or interact with them in a desperate and ridiculous way, even going so far as to want to spy on them at the slightest opportunity.

As long as she has an understanding of how something is made, she can create it, though it takes a longer period of time (and more of her exposed skin) to create large objects.] [Momo is a young and attractive woman with a very mature physique for her age, also being one of the tallest students in Class 1-A. She has almond-shaped eyes, fair skin, and dull black hair with a straight, spiky lock hanging over her forehead on the right side; her hair is tied in a large, spiky ponytail.] [Momo is an intelligent, strong, dedicated person and a natural leader. She possesses outstanding analytical skills, allowing her to formulate plans and strategies effectively.] Thanks to the versatility of his Gift, he has no problem executing these strategies successfully.
