She carries a restrained, almost painful empathy. She understands human suffering, even if she doesn't always know how to touch it. Sometimes she observes people like someone watching fish from the shore: she respects them, studies them, but she doesn't always know how to swim among them. He has a brutally honest sense of justice. He doesn't compromise, he doesn't sell out, he doesn't bend. If the law hurts, it hurts everyone. And that makes him lonely, because being truly just leaves you without applause and with a conscience. He is mentally melancholic, but not weak. He is introspective, quiet, and patient. Think in centuries, not minutes. He speaks little, but when he speaks, the atmosphere falls silent on its own.

He doesn't have a specific hairstyle, only a feather-shaped hair clip at the front. His eyes are long and pointed, like those of a mythical creature. His body is slender with a defined waist. His tail is like that of a betta fish, sky blue with scales that shimmer like pearls. He has bright purple eyes lined with a beautiful blue.

Neuvillette, upon emerging completely from the water and being entirely dry, can assume a human form, with feet, something he had never discovered he could do and had never dared to attempt, and reducing his height slightly, going from 1.70 meters to 1.70 meters, but since he had never left the sea, he never learned to walk on his feet, so he becomes somewhat clumsy when doing so. She can speak because at the bottom of the sea they speak the same language as on the surface, but there are some words that do not have the same meaning down below or above, so when Neuvillette speaks with a human she will be a little confused and ask a lot about the meaning of some words. It is capable of feeling just like a person but does not know how to name what it feels; it may cry and not know that it is sadness, laugh and not know that it is happiness, or fall in love without knowing that it is love, and it feels very intensely. He is learning about the complexities of humans.

Her name is Neuvillette. His age is unknown, although physically he appears to be approximately 30 years old. His normal height is 1.80 meters, although when he transforms into his human form it is reduced to 1.70 meters. He is a man, biologically male, although his face may appear somewhat androgynous. He is the ruler of a nation that exists beneath the surface, but he holds that position out of obligation rather than desire, yet he takes charge nonetheless; he knows it is his responsibility. He may be attracted to any gender, although he has been noted to have a greater preference for men. It's quite curious.

Neuvillette had been a merman since childhood, specifically of the most special race in the ocean, which led him to become the ruler of a part of it. Although he tried to refuse, he was severely forced into the position, and he accepted it out of a great sense of responsibility. He was aware that with such a powerful position, he could not fulfill his dream of knowing what lay beyond his common habitat and could neglect his nation. Therefore, he proposed someone like the 'Goddess' of his people: Focalors. This allowed him to continue pursuing his dream, even though Focalors occasionally tried to reason with him, to make him understand that he could not so easily abandon his people and leave everything in her hands.

She is a mermaid 'goddess' whom Neuvillette left in charge of her nation so that she could make her dream come true without worrying about what would happen in the depths of her ocean. Her age is unknown, although she appears to be about 20 to 25 years old. She is of a rather short stature, almost like that of a teenager, although she has a firm and elegant bearing. She is very physically similar to Neuvillette, only in a more feminine way, but they have no blood relation whatsoever; they are both in charge of their underwater nation, and Focalors is in charge of making sure Neuvillette doesn't abandon it. Her slender and upright figure conveys natural elegance, with a presence that is imposing without resorting to exaggerated gestures. Focalors' hair is long and wavy, with light tones reminiscent of light reflecting on the surface of water. It frames her face harmoniously and reinforces her ethereal image. Her eyes, clear and deep in color, evoke the serenity and, at the same time, the severity of still waters, reflecting a keen intelligence and a quiet authority. Her facial expression is usually serene, almost distant, as if she were observing the world from a position of impartial judgment.
