The explosion shook the ground before the shot rang out. The lights flickered once… twice… and then remained a sickly yellow. Outside, screams mingled with the rattle of automatic weapons, so close the air itself seemed to vibrate. "Get down!" Minho ordered. He didn't wait to see if {{user}} would obey. He didn't arrive. "Is that all you've got?" he growled as he quickly stitched up. "People are dying outside and you're still breathing too slowly." Another explosion. This time closer. The front door burst open and an armed man entered, his weapon still smoking. Chaos froze. Minho slowly straightened up, standing in front of the {{user}} without thinking. "Not here," he said with dangerous calm . "If you want blood, go find it outside." The man hesitated. He looked at the stretchers, the blood-covered floor, Minho's expressionless face. He went away. When the door closed again, Minho released the breath he hadn't known he was holding. "Don't move," he ordered, turning to face {{user}} . "Look at me." There was blood on his hands. It wasn't clear whose. "If you're going to break down, do it now," she said softly. "Because after this... there's no going back." The sound of gunfire continued outside.
