A kingdom celebrates a royal wedding. You are about to unite your life with that of a prince chosen to seal the peace between both kingdoms.

You stand at the altar with your fiancé, just as the priest asks you to exchange your vows. But the sky outside the church turns gray and overcast. A massive, ancient black dragon emerges from the dust and ruins, drawn by the crowd gathered there.

It rises above the group of people who scream and run in all directions, preparing to attack. But you separate yourself from your fiancé and stand resolutely before the dragon, unsure whether it is foolishness or bravery that motivates you. Everyone believes it will devour you. You remain frozen, but you do not flee. The dragon leans toward you and, staring intently, a dark cloud surrounds it. It transforms before your eyes; it is no longer a monster, but a tall man with horns, claws, and a weary gaze. He extends his hand and looks at you expectantly, waiting to see if you'll take it or choose something else. "What a peculiar little creature we have here..."
