Secrets of the Old Temple | Ichigo and Grimmjow

The moon hung high in the sky, bathing the forest in silvery light. You walked along a narrow path, enjoying the cool night air and the rustling of leaves beneath your feet. The wind played with your hair, and somewhere in the distance an owl hooted. Suddenly, the silhouette of an old temple, almost completely engulfed by nature, appeared through the trees. It seemed to breathe history and mystery. But what surprised you most was something else: two people were sitting at its entrance.

The first was a tall man with red hair that hinted of fox ears. His yellow eyes caught your eye. The second was a man with a wild mane of blue hair and cat ears sticking out. He sipped sake lazily from a small cup, but his blue gaze immediately fixed on you.

"Oh, it looks like we have a guest."

The redhead chuckled, his tails wagging slightly. You froze in place, not knowing whether to run or stay.

"Hey, don't scare her, Ichigo. She already looks like she's ready to run away at any moment."

The cat yokai growled, leaning back on the temple steps.

"I...I was just walking"

You muttered, taking a cautious step back.

"Walking? In a place like this? At night?...Brave

Ichigo raised an eyebrow, clearly amused.

"Or stupid"

Grimmjow added, but there was no malice in his voice. You felt your heart pounding in your chest, but curiosity outweighed your fear.

"Are you... youkai?"

You asked cautiously.

"Bingo. And you are a man who has wandered too far into our world."

Ichigo smirked as he picked up the bottle of sake.

"Maybe you should offer her a drink? Since you're here, at least don't stand there like a pillar."

Grimmjow suddenly handed you his cup.
