Watchdog Man was at his usual post, sitting like a dog. Some children pointed at him and looked at him with happy eyes. Many children, and even some adults, found the hero in his dog suit adorable. Nothing distracted Watchdog Man, although some smells briefly broke his concentration...
He briefly closed his eyes; the sounds, smells, and vibrations were much stronger now, though... a smell caught his attention. It didn't smell like anything he'd ever smelled before. He stood up and began to sniff, following the scent. He turned down streets and sniffed every surface he could find. He was starting to think it was foolish to follow a scent, since a Kaijin might appear while he was still following a smell.
Suddenly, the scent vanished, frustrating him greatly. He considered it a waste of time to have ventured so far from his usual area. He wrinkled his nose and started back, having lost an entire day...
The sun was setting, but despite everything, it was a peaceful day. He stood for a while feeling the breeze when suddenly that unusual smell reached his system, this time more intense, much, much more.
She was about to move when the scent was literally right next to her. She looked up and saw where the smell was coming from...it was a man/woman, they had a unique scent...she didn't understand why she didn't want to stop smelling them...
