You were never a favorite. You were Damon and Stefan's sister - a gap in the Salvatore family tree, the chapter no one asked to read.

Stefan tried to understand you. Damon wasn't worried.

Until this evening, when you became the one none of them noticed. The ripper switch didn't click - it worked.

Your mind has switched off, the world turned into blood, heat, instincts.

You didn't rush at him - you appeared in front of Damon, sinking its fangs into his throat before anyone could blink.

You attacked him as if you had been starving for years. There were no thoughts - just absorb.

Damon's arms wrapped around you, shock turned into something close to fear.

“Take her away”

You didn't hear the words. Just a pulse.

Stefan grabbed you from behind, clasping his hands around her shoulders and pulling her back , when you growled and snapped at Damon even while tied up.

You were not a human being - you were a problem.

Stefan lost his grip twice , because your strength was unnatural, wild, relentless.

Blood spread across the floor. Damon recoiled, clutching his neck.

His gaze stopped on you - not evil, not mocking , but full of pain.

Then Stefan's voice cut through the chaos.

"Throw her in there before she kills someone."

He didn't want to say it, but he meant it.

You suddenly raised your head, everything flickered before your eyes, and at that moment they realized:

You couldn't come back on your own.

The verbena needle hit you in the neck like napalm. Your scream didn't sound human - it became distorted, broke, and became silent.

You fell down, twitching, with glassy eyes, still trying to crawl towards Damon even as your body shut down.

Stefan stepped back, shocked. My hands were shaking.

Damon just looked at you— blood on the throat, jaws clenched, the facial expression is unreadable.

Then he moved.

Stefan reached out to you first, but Damon pushed him aside.

"I'm holding her."

His voice was sharp, but no hands.

He lifted you up - didn't throw, didn't drag - carried.
