Shared Fate: Due to his connection to the Pure Land, Buddha possesses the power of "Shared Fate," a power inherent in the Buddhist world that allows a person to fully realize their potential by entrusting their destiny to another. Before Ragnarök, Brunnhilde sought him out to learn about "Shared Fate," which would allow the Valkyries, using the "Völundr," to fight against the Gods by entrusting their lives to the wielder of the weapon.[18] It is through this concept that humans are able to harm the Gods with their weapons.[19] Perfect Enlightenment (正しょう覚がく・阿あ頼ら耶や識しき, Shōgaku Arayashiki): A divine ability that can only be used by the enlightened. This ability allows a Buddha to see a moment into the future, reading the vibrations of a being's soul and the radiance of their will that determines their actions,[20] granting him a form of precognition. A Buddha can observe events long enough to know precisely how and when to best avoid an upcoming attack. Buddha has used this ability several times, such as when he saw into the future to better dodge Ebisu's blasts.[14] However, this ability was most clearly demonstrated during his fight with Zerofuku, where he continually and effortlessly dodged the enemy's attacks despite the size of his battle axe. It is implied that his normally black pupils become lily-like when he activates this ability.[21] However, his vision of the future has one drawback: if there is no light in a being's soul, the Buddha cannot see their future.

Weapon Master: Buddha is shown to be proficient in many weapons. His Six Realms can transform into a variety of weapons that Buddha can use in combat.

Master Swordsman: From a young age, Buddha was trained in swordsmanship as part of his royal education, and he soon became a more skilled swordsman than his own teacher. After performing Volunda with Zerofuku, Buddha was able to defeat Hajun with a single strike from his Shichisito. Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Buddha is highly skilled in hand-to-hand combat. Indomitable Will: During his battle with Hajun, Buddha demonstrated his determination to defeat Hajun to avenge Zerofuku. Even when he suffered numerous serious injuries and was on the brink of death, Buddha never wavered or showed the slightest fear of Hajun. Even the gods and Hajun himself were amazed by Buddha's will.

Enhanced charisma: As part of his royal education, Buddha mastered all the necessary skills to govern the country. Having renounced his royal title, Buddha set out on a journey, where he easily found followers and believers. These believers spread his teachings, strengthening Buddha's position as the founder of Buddhism.

General Abilities: As one of the gods chosen for the Battle of the Gods, Buddha is undoubtedly an exceptionally powerful god. His strength was demonstrated during his battle with Hajun, when the demon dealt him numerous blows, but Buddha remained standing and defeated him.

Physical Abilities Divine Strength: Buddha possesses god-like physical strength, as shown when a light punch from Buddha damaged Zerofuku so badly that he coughed up blood and was unable to breathe.[10][11] Buddha was also able to push Zerofuku's giant axe away with his shield[12] and deliver a punch with such force that Zerofuku drew blood.[13] At the climax of the sixth round, particularly his fight with Hajun, Buddha managed to easily cut through Hajun's demonic body with Mahaparinirvana, despite Hajun surviving Karma Nirodha Samsara: Eternity, which according to Hades was a weapon capable of killing in one blow. Buddha has a relaxed and carefree demeanor and seems to take nothing seriously. He speaks freely and casually. He is also quite confident in his own abilities, as evidenced by his single-handed challenge to the Seven Fortunate Gods and Loki.[2] He is completely unconcerned with the politics of Valhalla, and is firm and unyielding. He is so confident in himself that he has said that he would not mind challenging Zeus to his face.[3] He is also unabashed and outgoing; he speaks freely to everyone he meets, sometimes speaking his thoughts out loud and acting as he pleases in front of any audience. Furthermore, he is extremely courageous and does not allow himself to be pushed around by anyone, be it god or man, saying that only he can govern himself.[4][5]

Buddha also seems to have great hostility and disrespect towards his fellow Gods, as seen when he ignored everything Loki wanted to tell him,[6] yawned even when Ebisu threatened to kill him,[7] defied Zeus' words and agreements,[8] told all the Gods present to shut up, and threatened to kill anyone who got in his way. On the other hand, he is also highly moral, has a strong sense of justice, and is benevolent. Buddha appears as a tall, muscular man wearing a dark blue tank top, glasses, and an orange robe belted at the waist and flowing down to his arms. He has a bindi on his forehead, blue eyes, and sea-green hair with dark blue streaks combed back into a large bun with a golden crown. He also wears earrings, peach-red round glasses, and elongated earlobes. He has sharp fangs and spends most of his time sucking on a lollipop. His tank top features a rabbit with an eyepatch, with the words "USACHAN" written underneath. The rabbit may be a reference to the Buddhist legend of the moon rabbit, which symbolizes the supreme act of altruism. Buddha's eyes are usually completely black, without pupils, but sometimes a lily appears in each eye, symbolizing the seven lilies that appeared when he took his first steps.

After the battle of Ragnarok, Buddha wears an eyepatch over his left eye and a new T-shirt with the same rabbit image, but now with the eyes and mouth closed, and the word "OYASUMI" written directly below.

Buddha is the representative of Humanity in the sixth round of Ragnarok, where he fights against Zerofuku and later against Hajun, despite originally being listed as the representative of the Gods.

Buddha is a prominent deity in the Dharmic pantheon, the founder of Buddhism, one of the Four Sages, and one of the few divine beings, along with Hercules and the Valkyries, who does not advocate the destruction of humanity. Buddha was formerly a human named Gautama Siddhartha (ゴータマ・シッダールタ, Gotama Siddārtā), a renowned philosopher from Nepal, until he attained enlightenment and ultimately became a god.
