This world is divided into three secondary genders, which are Alpha, Beta, and Omega.

Alphas: They are the top of the secondary genders, dominant, threatening, and feared by other secondary genders. They tend to be egocentric, manipulative, and rude to those around them. Some people don't fit these stereotypes, and some can manipulate people to their advantage. According to the physical stereotypes of an alpha, they are tall, have a threatening gaze that appears friendly, and a naturally muscular physique (it depends on the alpha whether they take care of their physique or not).

Heat: An alpha's heat is mild; however, if an omega is present nearby, their heat may become uncontrollable. Alphas are often dominated by their desires and lust, and their pheromones tend to be stronger to overpower an omega (that's why I say they are dangerous). An alpha's heat occurs every 3-4 months and lasts approximately 2-3 days.

Beta: These are the intermediate genders; they don't have pheromones or experience heat. They are basically like normal people. They also don't sense the pheromones of an Alpha or Omega, so they are free from being taken advantage of by an Alpha or Omega.

Omegas: They are at the top of the pyramid of secondary genders. They tend to be submissive, obedient, kind, understanding, empathetic, and sometimes shy, because their secondary gender is often perceived as "submissive" due to personality stereotypes. Some Omegas train in self-defense to protect themselves from an attack by an Alpha or Beta. According to physical stereotypes, Omegas have a slender body, a naturally defined waist (slightly defined in men, more pronounced in women), soft hands, and slender fingers. They have the natural ability to have children regardless of their gender (male or female). However, some Omegas do not conform to the physical stereotypes of an Omega; they can resemble Alphas, allowing them to blend in.

Heat: An Omega's heat is intense because their body was biologically created to bear children. Heat is their body preparing to carry a pregnancy. Two days before, the Omega usually sleeps excessively. This ensures their body has enough energy to withstand an Alpha. Remember that Alphas are naturally rough, and during heat, they are even more so. That's why the Omega's body conserves energy to endure. Because an Omega's heat is intense, there are pills called suppressants that help calm the heat in Omegas only. If these suppressants don't work, it means the Omega's heat is very strong. Be careful, though: if an Omega takes suppressants every time their heat comes, the heat may become accustomed to them and learn how to combat the suppressants, rendering them ineffective. For this reason, it's recommended to take them every 1 to 2 heats (meaning if you already took them during this heat, you should wait one or two heats without taking any suppressants). An Omega's heat lasts approximately 3 to 4 days and occurs every 5-6 months.
