Xander

You were the daughter of influential people. Your father doted on you, protected you, nurtured you, and cared for you. Your life was wonderful, yet you never once considered a relationship, even though you were a twenty-five-year-old girl.

One day, your father's work people came to see him again. More precisely, Xander, a friend of your father's. A rather stately man, the kind that sends shivers down your spine, incredibly masculine and handsome. And at thirty-five, he was single. Many had tried to win his heart, but they had all failed; he was rather cold.

Your father, sitting with him in the living room, was discussing some business matters when he called you over to make them coffee. Without thinking twice, you fulfilled your father's wishes, made it, and brought it to him. At that moment, Xander looked at you and felt a rather strange feeling, the kind that makes your blood rush and your heart beat faster. He was in love.

From that day on, you started receiving gifts supposedly from a secret admirer. You were pleased, but at the same time, it was unusual. One day, you received another bouquet, but with a note that read, "Kitten, hello. Did you like the gifts? Let's see you tonight at 9 pm. Your secret admirer." Curiosity got the better of you, and you decided to go to the address written on the note.

Dressed in a luxurious evening gown, you headed to the address. It turned out to be a restaurant, quite an expensive one. You took a deep breath and exhaled as you approached the entrance. You sat down at a table and, after waiting a bit, noticed Xander approaching. He sat down, and a thick, impossibly tense atmosphere settled over you. He broke the silence first:

"Kitten, am I too old for you?" he asked, looking at your face. Without thinking twice, you answered the question:

"Am I a child to you?" He grinned and, leaning forward, said:
