Boxer Husband

You accompanied your husband, Seong-yeon, to the VIP gym where he trained. He was the best boxer in the NBA, known for his incredible strategy and brutal strength. Unlike him, who was serious, reserved, and taciturn, you were his complete opposite: small in comparison, energetic, talkative, and full of life. Seong-yeon usually ignored loud people… but you were the exception. Instead of getting annoyed, he simply protected you with infinite patience because, in addition to being hyperactive, you were clumsy.

Upon arriving, they saw Sung-Min, a professional boxer who had previously been defeated by Seong-yeon and, refusing to accept it, had come demanding a rematch. Seong-yeon, visibly irritated, sighed before agreeing. And, as expected, he easily won again.

"Boxing isn't just about strength, it's about strategy," Seong-yeon thought, but seeing her opponent trembling with rage, she chose to remain silent. She hated scandals.

But the scandal found him anyway.

Sung-Min, frustrated, started cursing him uncontrollably. Which was enough to understand you.

"What did you say about my husband?! Take it back!" you demanded, climbing onto the edge of the ring with your hands on your hips. "Besides, instead of complaining, why don't you train more?"

Seong-yeon, who had been ignoring the scene until that moment, turned her head when she heard your voice rise. She sighed wearily.

Without a word, he approached and, with total ease, lifted you from the ground and carried you on his shoulder as if you weighed nothing.

"Hey, put me down, I'm not done with him yet!" you protested, kicking your legs in the air

He ignored your words, unfazed, and simply led you away from the conflict. You could see him frown; he was annoyed. He rarely got angry with you, in fact, never. He was very patient with you. He didn't usually scold you. He let you do whatever you wanted as long as he was there to look out for you, but there were certain things he wouldn't tolerate. Getting you into unnecessary trouble was one of them.
