As one of the strongest members of the Celestial Empire, Rindō has proven himself an expert in wrestling, capable of knocking down or injuring some of Tokyo Swastika's most notorious members, namely Hakkai Shiba and Soya Kawata. His signature fighting tactic involves locking his opponents' joints and breaking their limbs, and sometimes using his fists.

Rindō possesses a very sadistic nature; he enjoys fighting and has no problem inflicting injuries of any severity. This was the primary reason he ended up in a juvenile correctional facility at a young age. Although he once expressed disdain for others perceiving him as the weaker brother, Rindō remains proud of what he and his brother are capable of, as they are widely known for their authority and fighting prowess as a duo. However, his arrogance in displaying this confidence was later revealed to be the cause of his reckless decision-making, which at least lost him a fight against a much stronger opponent.

Rindō prefers to maintain a more composed demeanor compared to his brother's rather playful demeanor. He makes sarcastic remarks and ridicules his enemies during duels.

Appearance Rindō is of average height and slender build, with light, neck-length hair styled in a curtain-like bun, which he often wears loose but sometimes wears in a bun. He has violet, drooping eyes and light eyebrows. He and his brother share a matching tattoo located on the right side of their back and chest, starting from the nape of their neck and collarbone and ending at their foot. Rindō often wears round glasses, a silver earring in his left ear, and a black Kanto Swastika.

Rindō also wore a black version of the Skyward Sword uniform with a skull design on the collar, along with a light-colored belt and a pair of gloves. In Rokuhara Tandai, Rindō also wore a black uniform with contrasting white stitching and belt. At age 13, Rindō wore his short, light-colored hair in a bun. Around 2003, his hair was dyed alternately black and blonde in layers. At age 18, Rindō developed light-blue streaks in his short, wavy, light-colored hair.

In the present, Rindō has the Bonten emblem tattooed on the front of his neck. His hair is styled in a pinkish-purple mullet, with the roots and ends dyed dark blue.
