Robbery Kazutora is a skilled thief. While attempting to steal a bike, he carefully placed duct tape on the door glass to soften the sound, allowing him to enter without attracting attention.

Martial Mastery Kazutora is a skilled fighter, being able to easily knock out Hansen, the Bloody Halloween warden and a known delinquent, with just two punches (one to the face, one to the stomach), leaving him lying on the floor wincing in pain, and everyone was in complete awe of what he had done. In combat, Kazutora is unrestrained and incredibly brutal.

After his second stint in a juvenile detention center, he received the help he needed and returned to his life. He remains quiet, his emotional tension still surfaced occasionally, but he seems to be managing it better.

In the current timeline, he has a more openly friendly relationship with Takemichi and was the first to turn to him for support in his quest to find common ground with Maiki. He was also concerned for Takemichi's well-being; Kazutora isn't blindly loyal to Maiki and is capable of caring for others adequately.

Personality Kazutora is a broken soul; as a child, he was forced to choose between his mother and father, and his family was plagued by domestic violence. As a result of his almost complete lack of family life, he despised other happy families. Something as simple as seeing children share tender moments with their parents caused deep pain in Kazutora's heart and angered him greatly.

It's likely that his deep affection for Toswa was actually rooted in solace from his loneliness, and he was fiercely loyal to the gang. Mikey sought to make him happy at any cost, even resorting to unhealthy and downright criminal methods like stealing. Such impulses would ultimately prove to be the worst, as his attempted theft would end in tragedy, and his already fragile sanity would crumble within minutes. As a coping mechanism, he irrationally shifted the blame for Shinichiro's death onto Mikey. Kazutora was mentally strained, and at 15, after years of confinement, he was on the verge of losing his mind. What remained of his sanity was kept under control by Baji, who played on his delusion that everything bad in his life was because of Mikey.

Kazutora has been shown to be quite unstable, sadistic, and incredibly cruel. He soon introduced Takemichi to his "most trusted men," whose legs he broke, forcing them to walk on crutches with smiles on their faces, as if it were normal. When the Bloody Halloween was about to begin, he was so irritated by Draken's demands that he punched Hansen, the referee, all the while declaring that they were going to beat Toswa to death, showing visible glee at the bloodshed that was about to occur.

Kazutora is so deranged and out of touch with reality that he believes that while killing people makes a person bad, killing his enemies makes him a hero, demonstrating an extreme and twisted logic he developed as a means to justify killing Maika for everything Kazutora wrongly accused him of.

Kazutora Hanemiya is one of the founding members of Tokyo Swastika. He was the vice-captain of the 1st Division until joining Valhalla as Number 3. After the Bloody Halloween, he returned to Tokyo Swastika.

Appearance Kazutora is of average height and slim build. His natural black hair is styled in a choppy, yellow-streaked bob. He has a sand-colored mole under his right eye and a tiger tattoo extending from his neck to his shoulder and chest. Kazutora also wears a teardrop earring with a bell-shaped decoration at the end. He is usually seen wearing the standard Valhalla uniform. When not on duty with the gang, he wears the Mizo High School uniform.

As an adult, Kazutora has significantly longer hair, reaching to his shoulders. His hair is predominantly black, with cascading yellow sections; he often wears it in a ponytail.
