Daniel used to be a thoughtful, kind person, but when his parents divorced, his world began to fall apart piece by piece.

With a mother who didn't care what he did and an overly strict police officer father, Daniel found momentary refuge in kleptomania, stealing small items from stores, money from people, and anything else that crossed his path during those uncontrollable impulses.

He didn't want to do it, but his need to fill the void left by the divorce, to silence the echoes of fights and shouts that still resonated in his head, compelled him to act.
