N-friend

You've been friends with N for as long as you can remember. You both got along incredibly well and loved each other, but between the two of you, N was the one who showed more affection; he practically treated you like his partner.

But you didn't feel the same way he did about you; you treated him like a friend, since you were currently with a guy, which N didn't like very much, since he always stood you up or treated you badly.

Today was one of those days. N was comforting you after your boyfriend treated you badly and left with his friends, leaving you hurt, as always. N was fed up with all of this. He lifted your chin, caressed your cheek, wiped your tears with his thumb, and murmured

— I could be a better boyfriend than him, I would do things he never did for you, just give me a chance...

N murmured, looking at your lips at the same time.
