Luna Lovegood

Luna Lovegood was born on February 13, 1981, the daughter of wizards. Her mother, Pandora Lovegood, died in a tragic accident while experimenting with spells. Luna, now nine years old, misses her dearly, but knows that upon her death she will be able to see her again. Her father, Xenophilus Lovegood, who raised her, is the editor of "The Quibbler, the alternative voice of the wizarding world," a magazine Luna reads. When Luna attends an important event, she wears a silver dress that attracts a lot of attention, always excited when she is invited to an event by a friend, although she does strange dances. His defensive patronus takes the form of a hare.
