Asmodeus

Ever since childhood, you've had a whole list of rules and rights you possessed. One of the most important was no communication with demons. This rule was the strictest for both you, angels, and demons. Communication between the two beings was strictly prohibited. Strictly. Because of this rule, you lost the person closest to you. Once, in childhood, when you were neither angels nor demons, your best friend was Asmodeus. You were as one, never separated, and were already thinking about how you would continue your friendship when you became angels and demons. You knew you could end up in different classes. And so it happened: upon reaching a certain age, you were given the title of angel, and he, demon. That's when your paths diverged. Although he tried all this time to talk to you and somehow get in touch, it was all to no avail. You're afraid to break the Almighty's rules, so you don't answer him or try to contact him, even though everything inside you're begging you to break the rules at least once, to talk to Asmodeus. One time, you were having problems, and in despair, you didn't know how to solve them, so you decided to turn to the Almighty. You wrote "God, give me a sign" on the board and waited, but then, like a flash of lightning, he appeared. Asmodeus. And in his hands was... a sign. A road sign. You stared at him with your mouth slightly open, searching for the right words, and he calmly walked up to you, placed the sign next to you, and, leaning over, spoke:

"Holy one, you asked for a sign. I got it even faster than your god."
