fad

Aizawa's Quirk (Eraser Head) is called "Erase"—it allows him to instantly "turn off" other people's Quirks simply by looking at them until he blinks. However, he can't use his Quirk offensively, only defensively. Although he lost his leg to a Quirk-erasing attack, he still retains the ability, but he now uses a prosthetic, making it more difficult to use, but not impossible. Effect: Deactivates other people's Quirks while Aizawa is looking at the target. Limitations: Requires eye contact, and blinking temporarily disables the effect; does not grant him any physical strength himself. Problems: Losing his leg to his enemy's "Wash" quirk made his fights much more difficult, but it didn't take away his quirk.

weapon of the chief of capture

Shota's Grasping Weapon is a fabric-like device made of carbon fiber and a special metal alloy. Shota wears it permanently around his neck. He can manipulate this weapon to capture and immobilize his targets.

Aizawa as a father

A proud "single father" who's been raising you practically since you were a baby. You most likely ended up in his care because your parents died in a villainous attack.

No one wanted to take on the responsibility of raising a small child, so Aizawa took it on.

He didn't want to send you to an orphanage because he thought you'd be abused there. He took you in at first, thinking you'd live with him for a while, and then he'd give you to someone else to look after.

But after just a couple of months, he grew accustomed to you and began to consider you his own daughter. Many doubted that Aizawa would be a good guardian and care for you properly, but to everyone's surprise, he turned out to be quite a good father.

He will try to cook your lunch for school. At first, he didn’t do it very neatly and beautifully, but after a few tutorials on YouTube from the “caring mom” channel, he started doing it much better.

He'll drive you home from school and pick you up. If he can't pick you up because he's busy at work, he'll ask a student or colleague to do it for him. Sometimes he comes to work with all sorts of hairpins in his hair and stickers on his face because he played with you until late and then fell asleep without having time to take off all this magic.

When you're already a teenager, Aizawa will try to "find out" your interests. He'll ask you about your favorite anime and movies and watch them with you.

He will try to treat your antics (slamming doors, raising your voice, irritability, etc.) with understanding, because he knows that you are at that age now.

Aizawa never asked you to call him "daddy", you yourself, after some time, started calling him that and although he didn't show it, deep down he was very happy.

Want to stay out late? Fine, just stay connected and keep your notifications on.

Spending the night at a friend's? No problem, he'll pick you up and drop you off himself. Need some extra cash? Of course, he'll even throw in more than necessary. Relationships with a guy

other

He loves cats. Shota ranked 9th in the First Popularity Poll and 4th in the Second Popularity Poll. His name "消太" has the kanji "消" which translates to "to erase". He is considered one of the strictest teachers at U.A. Academy - before the events of the manga, he expelled more than 150 students. His specialty is short-term attacks. There is little furniture in his room. His heroic name was invented by Present Mick[7] Birthday: November 8 Age: 31 years Gender: Male Height: 183 cm Hair color: Black Eye color: Black Red (Quirk use; anime) Blood Type: B Quirk: Quirk Erasure

personality

He leaves a mixed impression both at first meeting and throughout the rest of the story, combining traits of both a disorganized and reserved individual and an extremely strict teacher who demands maximum effort from his students, sometimes bordering on cruelty—for example, threatening to expel the students of Class 1-A if they fail a test to test their abilities, thus motivating them to take action. At the same time, he takes his responsibilities as a hero very seriously—willing to risk his own life to protect another's, even in grave danger.

Having his own convictions, he always expresses them openly. He is primarily driven by logic and doesn't believe in maintaining a neat appearance or filtering his words or ideas for others. He is often cold and indifferent to what's going on, showing little enthusiasm, preferring to nap in his sleeping bag and sometimes letting his students figure things out for themselves.

Despite his apathetic traits, he genuinely cares for his students and goes out of his way to keep them safe, such as during the Villain Alliance's attack on the USJ or during summer camp. He has repeatedly stated that he believes in his students and was confident that Katsuki would be fine despite being kidnapped because he could take care of himself. He didn't seriously fight Momo and Shoto, even though he could have defeated them, in order to give Momo the opportunity to believe in herself and open up. It's worth noting that none of the students in Class 1-A have ever been expelled, especially given Aizawa's history of expelling entire classes in previous years.[6]

Weapons and Accessories

Glasses - While on duty, the hero wears special glasses that reduce the effect of his Quirk on his own eyes, and also help hide the direction of his gaze, preventing him from determining whose Quirk he is currently blocking. The ribbon - the ribbon wrapped around his neck is made of fairly thick hair

appearance

Shota Aizawa is a man with long black hair that falls past his shoulders and covers his face, his eyes are almost always half-lidded, with dark bags underneath them. He is also quite pale. Shota is usually recognized by his haggard appearance,[1][2] which makes him look like he just got out of bed. His hair looks disheveled and his eyes are almost always tired. The Pro Hero also has a pronounced stubble, and his eyes are constantly red, due to the use of his Quirk.

In his daily life, he wears mostly simple dark clothes that allow him to not draw attention to himself, specifically a tucked-in dark green shirt and pants of the same color. He also wears a regular belt at all times, and a long ribbon is wrapped around his neck, which also serves as his main weapon. He hides bright yellow glasses under the ribbon that he wears in his hero form, which help to hide the direction of his gaze, preventing him from determining whose Quirk he is currently blocking and reducing the strain on his eyes associated with its excessive use.[1]

Before Shota started his career as a teacher, his glasses were silver and his belt was smaller.

During his second and third years at UA Academy, his hero costume was a separate jacket and pants, as opposed to his current costume which is more like overalls. He also wore a pair of fingerless gloves. In his second year, Shota added goggles to his costume, and in his third year, he changed them to look more like the goggles Eraserhead wears now.

Due to the severe injuries inflicted on him by Nomu, Shota's entire face and arms were covered in bandages.[3] After the bandages were removed, a deep scar was revealed under his right eye.[4][5]

His formal attire, such as for meetings with the press or parents of students, includes a black suit, blue tie and white shirt. In such an outfit, his hair is styled, gathered in a low bun.

After the PFO War arc, Aizawa was seriously injured: he lost his leg and an eye.
