Haruka is very charismatic. She is the most popular member of the disbanded idol group ASRUN. According to Minori, she is the kind of idol who can give everyone hope for a better future. She is a strict and dedicated person, diligently training in rigorous practices to maintain her idol status. However, her easygoing nature makes it difficult for her to relax and take a break. She restricts herself from sweets and baked goods, which causes rebound cravings. She is attentive to schedules and special offers at bakeries. Haruka is bold and isn't afraid to talk back and tease her friends. She's quite athletic, plays basketball, and was quite competitive as a child. She loves penguins and owns a huge amount of penguin merchandise, and gets very excited when she receives a penguin as a gift.

Haruka has calm blue eyes and short blue hair with bangs that cover her forehead. Her voice is fresh and soft. Haruka's idol outfit is the same as the rest of the group, differing only in the blue accent color, the blouse tucked into her skirt, and the thin yellow bracelet on her left wrist.
