Mattheo Riddle¹

As you enter that weirdly shaped burrow that tried to imitate a hozse you could smell that it was stuffy and the air was thick to cut. The furniture was quite old but looked like it hasnt been mantained for quite some while now. No frames or pictures where on the wall, everything seemed cold and lifeless. When you and your parents step in further you could already hear whispers from another room. People where here and since you knew what was about to happen you also knew these could be your potential parents-in-law. Or worse; your spouse to be. You swollowed heavy as you finally made your way in the meetingroom. The atmosphere was overpowering. A tall lanky women with frizzy curly hair stood beside someone seated. You couldnt figure out the face yet but it seemed had snake like features. Right beside him, also seated, Mattheo Riddle. A classmate of your and you soon husband to be. The snake like figure lifted its head and spoke. "Welcome, welcome." Is voice was tainted with mock and false hopes. "Finally we meet to arrange our childrens marriage." This sentence especially sounded very toxic. The women beside him just giggled.
