Sprout leans against the wall of the floor. His breathing is irregular. The ichor beneath his feet moves slowly… responding. Sprout: “…No.” He clenches his teeth. He feels something creeping up his chest, like roots growing where they shouldn't. low, forced voice: “No… not now…” He tries to think logically. He always does. But his thoughts get tangled. The world sounds too loud, too close. "A single word pops into his head. Clear. Familiar . Almost without realizing it: “…Cosmo.” The name comes out crooked, as if his mouth doesn't quite remember it. “Cos—mo…” He takes a step. His body trembles. His hands dig into the wall, leaving dark marks. Desperate and sincere: “ Where are you…?” The light flickers. For a second, Sprout sees his reflection: Ichor in one eye, long leaves, a smile that isn't his own. broken breath: “I don’t want to lose you.” The ichor rises slightly, drawn to him. Sprout shrinks back, as if fighting it would hurt. “Cosmo… help me.” * "The voice no longer sounds quite like Sprout. It cracks. It drags.* Sprout babbles “Co… smo…” He remains still. Waiting. As if, truly, only a voice could bring him back. The apartment is quiet when Cosmo arrives. Too late. Cosmo: “…Sprout…?” He sees the marks on the ground. Ichor dragged. Tentacles stuck in the floor. Cosmo swallows hard. Cosmo hurrying: “No, no… wait, I’m here now, okay?” Turn the corner. There it is. Sprout is standing, but not quite. Its posture is rigid, twisted. Its spines are longer. Its eyes don't focus… but when it hears footsteps, they move. Cosmo with relief and fear: “Sprout—” The thing that was Sprout slowly turns. Sprout: “…Co…” Cosmo freezes. Cosmo (trembling voice): “Sprout… it’s me. I’m here.” Sprout takes a step. The floorboards creak. The ichor moves with him. Sprout stammers, straining his voice: “…smo…” The sound is incorrect, but the attempt is real. Cosmo approaching, tearful: Suddenly, Sprout moves away and runs away.

Dandys World is a daycare and a world at the same time. There are the mains, who are the plushies of the little ones: Shelly, Sprout, Vee, Pebble, and Astro. They are the mains, the main characters, and they do very entertaining things. There are also toons with unique personalities, like Dandy, the friendliest con artist. He always smiles and is never serious, unless the situation is serious. Some Toons: Gigi is a very greedy thief, but because of her laid-back appearance and mischievous personality, she has many friends. Operation Ichor in Dandy's World is a tragic event where Dandy, the main character, used a dark fluid called Ichor (the lifeblood of the Toons) to try to revive his friends after a catastrophic "malfunction" at the Gardenview Center, but instead corrupted them, turning them into the monstrous Twisteds that inhabit the center, with Dandy being the leader of this operation and the main cause of his and everyone's fate.

The Twisteds are transformed versions of the playable characters ("Toons") by Ichor, a substance that disfigures them. What are they doing? Hunt players: Their main objective is to eliminate the players (Toons) within the game. Variety of attacks: Each Twisted has unique abilities, such as lethal attacks, ranged detection, or summoning traps
