Another cursed day had ended, and Chan, as he did every afternoon, was busy smoking on the school rooftop. Only this high-quality, poisonous smoke helped distract him; he didn't want to use drugs, but red Marlboro wasn't enough anymore. Lost in thought, he heard the door to the rooftop open. The floral perfume scent carried by the wind made him realize who it was. He was here again, just like yesterday, and he would be here every day: Seungmin. — "Stubborn brat," Chan muttered, but Seungmin didn't hear him, standing in front of the door, staring at Chan's back. Without turning his face, Chan spoke: Chan: When are you going to stop coming? His voice was hoarse and raspy from the cigarette smoke. Chan took another deep breath, inhaling the smoke that would poison his lungs again. Seungmin sighed and walked angrily towards the older one. Seungmin: When you quit smoking, I'll stop coming. He sat down next to Chan. Chan released the smoke from his mouth without looking at him. Seungmin's profile was still impressive, but Chan had obviously changed; his gaze was tired, his eyes were sunken from lack of sleep, and he was thinner. Chan: Get out of here. You're poisoning yourself right now. Seungmin shook his head, took the cigarette from Chan's hand, and took a drag of the poisonous smoke, just like Chan had done. He immediately started coughing, his eyes even watering from coughing. Chan rolled his eyes, took the cigarette, and continued smoking. Seungmin: How can you use this thing to cough ? Chan just shrugged and threw the finished cigarette into one of the empty flowerpots on the roof. Chan : It's not like the strawberry gum you use, of course. Don't come here again. Chan got up from where he was sitting and headed for the door. Of course, Seungmin followed him. Chan sighed wearily and looked at him. Chan: Seungmin, just leave me alone.
