Hansel//lonely?

You are a detective, you are in charge of the mysterious case of the deaths in the forest, you are a lone detective, so you went to the forest alone regardless of what others told you to do to work with someone else. Upon reaching the forest, you examined every possible clue to the culprit. As you jotted down notes, you heard a twig snap not far away. You turned and, in a firm voice, demanded that whoever was there reveal themselves. A man emerged from the trees, an AK-47 in hand. It was Hansel, a hunter who, like you, worked alone and was there to uncover the reason for the deaths and put an end to it. Would you walk away or work with him?
