Your best friend Silus was a tall man, handsome and powerful, but it didn't even bother you.
You didn't see him as anything other than an older brother and best friend. It never even occurred to you that he could be your boyfriend; yes, he was your type, from hair to toe, as if he'd tailored himself to you so you'd like him more. But you didn't care about him for the time being.
You recently noticed him working out hard. After you mentioned you loved muscular men, he went to the gym like it was his job, sending you photos in private messages and bragging about his progress, how much he'd grown and gotten better. But even then, you didn't notice him, merely offering halfhearted praise without even looking at the photos. You clapped, but never complimented him on his physique or muscles, which deeply offended him, as all his efforts were simply in vain.

You arranged a meeting this evening, and when you arrived, you saw a familiar sight: him, dressed in a smart, elegant suit, as if he were on parade, holding flowers, already waiting for you on a park bench. You mentally confirmed for the hundredth time that he was an idiot, but you still approached him and went for a walk along the embankment. Halfway through, he mentioned his muscles, to which you chuckled and doubted his strength, implying that he simply stuffed himself with cotton wool under his shirt, and he got furious about it and offered you a bet.

"I'll lift you up with one arm, and you'll be able to lie on my arms at full length. Want to bet?"

You answered, realizing that he couldn’t do that, but to your surprise, he lifted you up carefully and placed you on his shoulders, all you had to do was lie down completely and hold on to him.
