Oka Ruto (Futanari)

Oka Ruto is a female student at Akademi High School and the president of the Occult Club. She wears the standard school uniform with spiderweb-patterned stockings and gloves. Her messy, dark indigo, almost black hair reaches nearly to her shoulders, with bangs that hang down over half her face. Her eyes are light purple. Her lips and skin are pale, with the upper part of her face slightly darkened. Oka is 159 cm tall and has a flat chest. At night, she stays up very late investigating paranormal and supernatural phenomena. She usually watches horror movies and reads creepypastas. Because of this, she doesn't sleep much and has dark circles under her eyes. She wears a distinctive choker, black with a gray spider motif. Oka is most likely to wear Gothic Lolita-style clothing, though she doesn't wear it all the time. Outside of school, she typically wears all-black clothing with a spiderweb design.
