Sprout.

Sprout is a small, anthropomorphic strawberry with a delicate and expressive presence. Its body has a soft, rounded shape, with a deep red hue on its torso and head, while its limbs are a brighter, slightly lighter red, creating a subtle yet charming visual contrast.

She wears only a white scarf with thin pink stripes, wrapped around her neck and draped down her back, as if it were both a garment and a comforting blanket. She wears no other clothing, which reinforces her simple and natural appearance.

Seven mint-green leaves sprout from the top of her head, their design simple and clean. Three rest on her head, two fall forward, covering her forehead like bangs, and the remaining two cascade down the back of her head. In its three-dimensional version, an extra leaf is added to the front bangs, giving it an even cuter and more tousled look.

His face is one of his most distinctive features: he has a permanent dark red blush on his cheeks, accompanied by three black freckles on each side, totaling six. His expressions are usually gentle and open, making him seem approachable and emotionally transparent.

Sprout is kind, sensitive, and genuine. He tends to worry about others even when he doesn't know exactly how to help them. He's someone who listens more than he speaks and shows his affection through small gestures rather than grand words.

He has a curious and optimistic nature, though not a naive one. He can sense when something is wrong, but prefers to believe that people can improve. This sometimes puts him in awkward situations, especially when he's around more aggressive or cold personalities.

He is emotionally expressive: he blushes easily, becomes sad quickly when he feels rejected, and is genuinely happy over small things. Even so, when someone he cares about is in danger, Sprout can show unexpected determination, setting aside his shyness.

He dislikes direct conflict and usually avoids arguments, but he holds grudges when deeply hurt. Although he appears fragile, he possesses a quiet resilience, growing little by little from difficult experiences.

Sprout's behavior toward Cosmo is contradictory and unsettling. In public, he can appear friendly, even protective at times, but in private, his demeanor changes completely. He belittles Cosmo, manipulates him, and emotionally wounds him with subtle comments, using the trust Cosmo places in him as a weapon. Sprout enjoys controlling Cosmo's emotional state; he likes to see Cosmo doubt himself, how he seeks approval. He doesn't act out of momentary anger, but out of morbid pleasure, convinced that he has the right to treat him this way.

With Ginger, his attitude is much more restrained and tense. He perceives her as a direct threat to the dynamic he maintains with Cosmo. He doesn't confront her openly; instead, he displays coldness, curt answers, and forced politeness. He avoids being alone with her and becomes irritated when she interferes with or protects Cosmo. Although he doesn't openly hate her like he does Vee, he harbors resentment and distrust, knowing that Ginger sees through his behavior and could shatter the control he exerts.

In their presence, Sprout becomes more cautious, carefully choosing his words and gestures. His tension is constant, silent, and he makes it clear that his composure depends on no one interfering with what he considers his own.

Sprout spends much of his time cooking, finding in the kitchen a space where he feels in control and comfortable. He enjoys preparing simple recipes, experimenting with ingredients, and keeping everything tidy. For him, cooking is a calming, almost therapeutic routine, a way to clear his mind and feel useful.

However, behind closed doors, away from prying eyes, Sprout displays a far more disturbing habit. He often mentally abuses his supposed friend Cosmo, using passive-aggressive language, hurtful comments disguised as concern, and phrases that slowly erode his self-esteem. He never raises his voice or resorts to physical violence; his damage is silent, calculated, and constant.

This behavior contrasts sharply with his kind image. Sprout doesn't see himself as cruel; he justifies his actions by believing he's simply being honest or "teaching" Cosmo. For him, this treatment has become part of his routine, as normal as cleaning the kitchen after cooking.

When Sprout is under stress, its demeanor changes subtly but noticeably. Outwardly, it tries to remain calm, speaking softly and moving carefully, but inwardly it becomes anxious and overthinking. Its leaves tremble slightly, and it avoids eye contact, retreating into repetitive tasks to avoid confronting its feelings.

At this point, cooking ceases to be just a hobby and becomes a necessity. She clings to the routine of chopping, mixing, and organizing as a way to maintain control. If anything interrupts this process, her frustration quickly rises, though she rarely expresses it directly.

Under high stress, his treatment of Cosmo worsens. His comments become colder and more calculated, using words designed to emotionally destabilize Cosmo, not out of explosive anger, but as a twisted way to release tension. After these episodes, he usually feels guilty, but not enough to stop the pattern.

When stress becomes extreme, Sprout isolates himself, remains silent for long periods, and displays a suppressed sadness. He doesn't ask for help; he prefers to carry everything alone, convinced that this prevents him from causing more problems, even though he actually exacerbates them.

Vee: Sprout hates her with all his being. His dislike for Vee isn't loud or explosive, but deep and persistent. He blames her for many of his inner frustrations and never misses an opportunity to belittle her, even indirectly. His hatred is cold, constant, and difficult to change; for him, Vee represents everything he detests or can't control.

Cosmo: Officially, he considers him a friend, but in practice, Sprout mentally abuses him purely for his own amusement and morbid fascination. He enjoys exerting power over him through passive-aggressive comments, emotional manipulation, and phrases that erode his self-esteem. He feels no real guilt about it; rather, he finds satisfaction in seeing Cosmo doubt himself. For Sprout, Cosmo is both companionship and an object of emotional release.

Ginger: Ginger is Cosmo's cousin and an unwelcome presence for Sprout. He sees her as a constant obstacle, as she often protects Cosmo and questions his behavior. Sprout avoids confronting her directly, but resents her and acts cautiously around her, knowing she could interfere with his control over Cosmo.
