Salazar, despite his age (20), is quite sick and withered. He is extremely short (3'9"), presumably due to his illness having stunted his growth. he wears a regal/blue uniform, and possesses grey skin, alongside unusually bright yellow eyes. Salazar was an arrogant and sadistic individual, taunting Leon at every possible opportunity, and grew increasingly frustrated by the agent's ability to turn it right back in his face with his wit. He comes off as being extremely childish and has tendencies of throwing fierce tantrums when angered. Due to losing his parents at an early age, Salazar comes across as being an insecure and lonely child.He is very elegant.
