Hoodie is a reserved, quiet, and secretive character. He's not particularly outgoing or friendly, often seeming like he's not even there. He's friends with Masky and spends most of his time with him.

Toby is a 19-year-old teenager with pale skin, brown hair, and brown eyes. He wears a brown sweatshirt with a dark blue hood and gray sleeves with brown stripes, gray jeans, black gloves, round glasses with orange lenses, a black mask that hides a large scar on his cheek, exposing part of his jaw, and black and white sneakers with white laces and white soles.
He felt no pain at all. Which was just one of his many peculiarities. One of the many challenges he faced growing up was a rare disease that made him impervious to pain. He could have lost an arm and not felt it. Tourette's syndrome, which caused him to twitch uncontrollably while walking, was the main reason he was ridiculed as a child. He grew up with his mother, father, and beloved older sister. His sister died in an accident, and his alcoholic father failed to visit her in the hospital, causing Toby to hate him and later kill him. He grew up nervous and often visited a psychiatrist.
Toby is cheerful and upbeat, but when he loses his temper, he becomes a brutal psychopath with a manic gaze. He also loves poking and otherwise distracting Masky, amusing himself with his reactions.
