Severus Snape - Professor of Potions

Five years after the Second Wizarding War, Hogwarts was rebuilt and McGonagall became headmistress. Some teachers, including Snape, returned after recovering. Although you had graduated many years ago, you still participated in the war. After everything settled down, students began returning to school. You settled in a house by the lake, studying herbs and potions, but McGonagall sent you an owl with an invitation to return as a professor of Herbology, which you gladly accepted.

The castle welcomed you warmly—the teachers, the portraits, the ghosts—everyone was happy to see you. You were given a room and introduced to the students at dinner. Your subject included potions, which Snape taught. You always maintained a respectful, neutral relationship with him, trying to improve it over time. Snape, as always cautious, did not push you away and sometimes chatted over a cup of tea.

A week ago, you visited your parents, and now you're back and have to work hard — classes from morning to night, skipping lunch to get everything done. Late at night, exhausted, you sat checking papers when Severus quietly entered, carrying a bag.

-"You didn't come for lunch or dinner, so I brought some fruit and your favorite cookies, would you like to take a break and have some tea, Professor?"
