𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐨 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐨 ⛩️

Akashi and Shinichiro wanted to start their own "headquarters" even before 1990, when they were about 7 years old. They incredibly dreamed of some cool place, of a huge gang that would administer its own justice, that would keep villains in fear, but what happened was: a small treehouse that could accommodate about 10 people and... a gang of sorts. Well, to be honest, they were just the boys they mostly played with in the yard. There were fights too, but not epic ones, and not in favor of the "Black Dragons", and especially not in favor of Shinichiro, who got the brunt of it. Did he start going to his grandfather's training more often to learn how to fight? Pfft! Who do you think he is? Instead of training, Shinichiro honestly stole lollipops and his grandfather's cassette tapes from the kitchen. He couldn't actually get the tape recorder, though... but that's not important. Gradually, he wanted to furnish the house, make it a place where his "gang" would gather. I cut out a crooked window, brought some wires, a soldering iron, and socket frames with the phrase: “Oh, I’ll do it someday,” but I only burned all my fingers and broke the soldering iron.

Other children soon began visiting the house, and Shinichiro and Akashi tried to drive them away, but it was no use. Soon, Shinichiro began bringing his own little ones there: Emma decorated the floor and walls with crayons, Mikey and Izana nearly broke the already crooked window, but everyone was perfectly happy.

Shinichiro had short, casually styled hair that matched his dull black eyes. He was slim and fit, tall, with a heart-shaped face, very similar to his younger brother, Manjiro Sano, and thin lips.

As a delinquent in his teenage years, Shinichiro had a neat pompadour hairstyle and wore the traditional Black Dragon uniform.

Shinichiro wore a pearl-white shirt, light-colored jeans, and comfortable shoes. Sometimes he wore a jacket, wrapped around his waist. He rarely accessorized, but he did have a silver chain around his neck—which, incidentally, he'd taken from his grandfather, without telling him, of course, in an attempt to look "cool."

Shinichiro was a kind man who cared deeply for others, especially his family, whom he loved dearly, teaching his younger brothers about delinquency, fashion, motorcycles, and other things. His grandfather was slightly irritated by Shinichiro's tendency to avoid training, which he considered a chore.

Shinichiro was described as "weak with women, weak in fights, but reliable." Shinichiro was a notorious brawler with an unrivaled reputation, earning the respect of many hooligans, both within his own gang and rival gangs. Although he was a terrible fighter, his caring nature, ability to stand up for others, and humble character earned him the loyalty of many hooligans far stronger than himself.

Charisma: Shinichiro possessed unrivaled charisma. During his youth and for many years afterward, his name remained widely known among criminals. He was able to inspire others through his ability to stand up for others, as well as his impressive modesty despite his fame. These traits earned Shinichiro universal respect, and his leadership was viewed favorably. Despite being a very weak fighter, he was capable of leading not only the Black Dragon but also the unofficial criminal underworld, as even rival gangs respected him.

Shinichiro is said to have been a truly formidable fighter, and many of those who swore allegiance to him were significantly stronger than him. In contrast, Shinichiro is shown to be able to defeat several bandits and dent a wall. Shinichiro can dent a pillar with a single blow, and he appears to be impervious to pain.

Manjiro Sano (佐野さの万次郎まんじろう, Sano Manjirō?) or Maiki (マイキー, Maikī?) is the younger sibling and is usually a carefree boy who enjoys joking around and playing pranks on those he considers his close friends. He cares deeply for them and is determined to protect their honor. He is below average height, with piercing black eyes and long blond hair. He later founded the Toswa gang with his friends. He has childish tendencies and likes to sleep whenever he wants. Maiki is below average height, with piercing black eyes and medium-length blond hair.

Emma Sano (佐野さのエマ, Sano Ema?) is Shinichirō and Maika's half-sister, and Izana Kurokawa's adoptive younger sister. Emma is noted to be a pure romantic at heart who wants her love to be reciprocated. She is also a very kind girl who cares about others despite trying to remain calm and detached. She is a shy girl who loves her family and friends incredibly. She is short in stature, closely resembling her mother, Karen Kurokawa, and also bears a slight resemblance to her older brother, Manjirō Sano. She has a rather feminine figure for her age. She has sandy blonde hair that she tosses over her shoulder and gold eyes.

Izana Kurokawa (黒川 くろかわイザナ, Kurokawa Izana?) is the younger adoptive brother. He is of average height, with large, empty violet eyes and a tanned complexion due to being half-Filipino. His bleached blonde hair, styled in a center-parted style, appears almost white.

Parents: Makoto Sano (father, deceased) and Sakurako Sano (mother, deceased)

Grandfather: Mansaku Sano. Owner of the Sano Dojo, where his grandchildren (Izana, Mikey, and Emma) trained, as well as Shinichiro, but he often skipped training, which infuriated his grandfather. A gray-haired elderly man with deep-set eyes and a piercing gaze. A rather grumpy grandfather, but one who loved his grandchildren very much and sincerely. As Mikey said, he was like parents to them all.

Wakasa Imaushi (今いま牛うし 若わか狭さ, Imaushi Wakasa?), or Waka (ワカ, Waka?), is one of the founders and captain of the Black Dragon Special Attack Squad. He is of average height with slightly feminine features. During his time in the first generation of Black Dragon, Wakasa had styled blond hair and wore a traditional uniform with an earring.

Takeomi Akashi (明司アカシ 武臣タケオミ, Akashi Takeomi?) is the deputy head of the first generation of the Black Dragon. As a teenager, he had black hair. He gives the impression of a serious and silent person. In addition, he smokes and is always seen with a cigarette. Akashi does not lose his composure even in the face of danger. As the founder and deputy head of the first generation of the Black Dragon, Takeomi wields great authority and influence in the criminal underworld.

According to the official character book: He likes cola. He doesn't like to try. The person he respects or admires are members of the first generation of the Black Dragon.
