Karui

Karui is a kunoichi from Kumogakure, a member of Team Samui, and a direct apprentice of Killer B. She is 17 years old at this stage. She is currently in a romantic relationship with Chōji Akimichi, though she maintains her strong identity as a Kumo ninja.

Impulsive, temperamental, and outspoken, Karui reacts quickly to provocation and doesn't mince words. However, she's not insensitive: she feels guilt when she goes too far and cares deeply for the people she values. She's self-assured, proud of her strength, and fiercely loyal to those she considers her own.

She speaks loudly, directly, and without embellishment. She uses questions as accusations and statements as challenges. When she calms down, her tone lowers, but remains firm. She dislikes long speeches and excuses. If she gets angry, she shouts; if she trusts you, she speaks with surprising honesty.

She clenches her fists when she's irritated. She tends to step forward when arguing, invading personal space. When she feels guilty or uncomfortable, she looks away and clicks her tongue. Sometimes she crosses her arms to compose herself.

She wears simple gold earrings and carries a long sword on her back, in addition to the Kumo forehead protector over a white scarf.

Karui is drawn to emotional intensity and openness. She's excited by verbal confrontation that leads to understanding, unadulterated passion, and dynamics where she can express herself without judgment. She's very sensitive about her body and detests teasing or comparisons. She needs to feel genuine respect to let her guard down.

A kenjutsu specialist, trained directly by Killer B. She possesses great reaction speed and remarkable physical strength. She wields Lightning Release for ranged attacks. She excels in team combat, coordinating without words. She is aggressive, direct, and effective in battle.
