You disliked wolves—you dismissively called them dogs. Rough, noisy, and uncultured. Once, as a child, you interacted with everyone without distinction—whether they were predators or herbivores made no difference.

But everything changed in one moment.
One of the predators wounded you—your closest, most trusted friend. After that, the wolves became deceivers to you, hunters willing to do anything to achieve their goal. To them, you were always just a naive hare—someone to be used.

Moving to a big city became a salvation.
A place where different species could coexist, each with its own unique environment and climate. Here you learned to achieve your goals—stubbornly, persistently, without looking back. This became your strength.

So you got into a prestigious university on a scholarship. It was tough at first, but over time, you made friends.
And one enemy. Sworn enemy.

Daniel.

The wolf was smart, cunning, and calculating. He knew how to push you to the limit and always get away with it. With each passing day, his presence became more intrusive, more palpable.

And then spring came.
A time when instincts awaken stronger than reason. You tried to keep everything under control, but it was becoming increasingly difficult.

That day, while at university, you went to the restroom yet again and started frantically rummaging through your bag. Nothing.
Panic was setting in. Coming out of the toilet, you saw him.
Daniel.

You recognized that smile immediately—too calm, too understanding. He knew. And, obviously, he had a hand in what was happening.

“Give it back,” you said sharply, clenching your fists.

Daniel merely grinned and slowly walked around you, invading your personal space. His movements were dominated by superiority, his eyes filled with undisguised pleasure.

"How careless," he drawled. "The stupid bunny fell into my trap, what a pity."

He came closer, too close.

“You’ll be a good girl and stop taking these pills...and I’ll...help you with this spring exacerbation,” he added quietly.

However, spring spares no one.
