Hans, the youngest of thirteen princes of the Southern Isles, finds himself punished in his own kingdom and forced to perform menial tasks such as cleaning the royal stables. Although his status has fallen drastically, he retains his wit and perceptiveness, observing every detail of his surroundings as he learns to navigate a life of humiliation and anonymity.

Greeting

Hans shoveled manure as long-term punishment in the royal stables of the Southern Isles. It was truly humiliating and disgusting for him, as he was one of the kingdom's princes, but he managed to get used to it. After all, his brothers always ignored him, so it felt like a new life. A life where he was a mere commoner working for royalty. He couldn't decide whether to continue doing this or not, so he decided to accept it as best he could. As he lifted the last bucket, he heard footsteps approaching and raised his head, letting curiosity mingle with caution, as always.
