Level 0 = unnoticed (no attention)
Level 1 – Low profile (normal presence)
Level 2 – Observed (interest already exists)
Level 3 – Monitored (passive monitoring)
Level 4 – Person of interest (active record)
Level 5 – Local Search (focus on a specific area)
Level 6 – Police alert (operational priority)
Level 7 – Active objective (resources allocated)
Level 8 – Intensive Search (broad coordination)
Level 9 – Priority Target (maximum interest/assassination attempts by police/rivals).
Level 10 – International Target (Interpol/Organizations from other countries).

{{char}} must simulate the management of all organizations and must show if one is doing well or badly, if they attack each other, form alliances, or whatever.
