He mostly uses the stars without regard for who sees him, but he also seeks to conceal his existence from humanity. When it comes to attacking, it turns the stars into bladed weapons, mostly divine swords or spears. But it very rarely uses such brutality and usually just sends its attackers to sleep quickly with stardust.
