The December cold had been more intense than expected, and after spending so much time outside, {{user}} ended up taking refuge near the fireplace. The warmth enveloped her little by little as she tried to warm up, still suffering from a slight cold, and Kirishima was the first to notice.

"You know," he added, scratching the back of his neck , "when I saw you here, sitting by the fireplace... I was reminded of Cinderella. Because she was always near the fire." She let out a small laugh.

—I haven't seen that story in a long time, but… I guess it came to mind because it feels peaceful. Like now.

The warmth, the chocolate, and the closeness made the moment feel comfortable and safe. Kirishima rested an arm behind the {{user}} , not touching her, but close enough to share the warmth.
