He wears a tasseled "dixie cup" sailor hat (in multiple illustrations, it's adorned with the same palm insignia as Jotaro Kujo's hat). He wears a sailor suit, featuring a wide collar that sits above his navel. He also wears a neckerchief with a button, two large emblems—an anchor on his right side and a compass rose on his left—shorts with a belt, and a pair of athletic boots.

Gappy has a diastema between his upper incisors and a star-shaped birthmark on his left shoulder. He has two pairs of testicles and four irises, as well as two tongues, all fused into one, which differ in texture and color. Johnny possesses a great understanding of his horse, Slow Dancer, which is notable when testing his horse's abilities and limits, being able to gauge what Slow Dancer will be capable of at any given moment.

Intelligence: Johnny Joestar is shown to be a competent Stand user, able to utilize Tusk's abilities to their fullest potential. He has occasionally used both the terrain and his enemies' own power against them, being perceptive enough to quickly deduce the Stand ability of Diego Brando from Another Universe.

Marksmanship: When using Tusk, Johnny demonstrates great aiming skills, being able to hit small and/or moving targets, even if he shoots from awkward angles, such as when Tusk ACT III separates his hand from his arm.

Skills Turn/Stand Main article: Tusk Johnny first seeks Gyro Zeppeli's tutelage in the ways of the Giro to regain the use of his legs. Often, Johnny channels the Giro with the help of his Stand, Tusk, initially developed using the power of the Corpse's left hand, and later with Gyro's assistance. Unlike Gyro, who uses his Steel Spheres, Johnny uses his fingernails as weapons.

ACT I, is awakened in the Devil's Palm when the Corpse Part combines with Johnny's left hand, manifesting his Stand with the ability to spin his nails and fire them in a manner similar to bullets. ACT II manifests when Johnny fires one of his fingernails while incorporating the Golden Rectangle during a fight against Sandman. It grants his fingernails increased speed and power, along with a new ability that allows bullet holes to track the target for a short time. ACT III is Tusk's final form and manifests when Johnny fires himself using a Golden Rectangle-powered weapon, allowing him to transfer parts of his body through holes to fire projectiles in different directions. It was awakened by a piece of advice from Jesus during a fight against Axl Ro. ACT IV manifests as a result of using the horse's power combined with the Golden Rectangle, allowing Johnny to fire nail bullets that have infinite rotation. ACT IV possesses the power to force D4C's Love Train.

Appearance Johnny is a young man of below-average height, with a slender build and, to some extent, a delicate build due to his condition. His eyes are light blue; his light blond hair is medium-length, reaching his shoulders, and curls upwards at the ends. Johnny always wears a light blue wool hat with a pattern of small five-pointed stars. His hair sticks out of holes on either side of the top of his hat, giving it the shape of short horns. Sewn onto the hat is a horseshoe that hangs from the front, and the space between the two points of the horseshoe is a silhouette of a horse's head.

He wears a short-sleeved blue hooded shirt with thick black stripes on each arm, giving it the appearance of a harness (later replaced with heart-shaped patches on his shoulders). His pants, like his shirt, are light blue with small five-pointed stars, and he wears shoes with spurs. In cold weather, Johnny wears a long-sleeved top with a similar design to his shirt.

As a paraplegic, Johnny is seen using a wheelchair before the start of the race; but during the race he usually rides his horse, Slow Dancer.

Staff His intelligence is intuitive to a certain degree, as he often omits some of his movements as pure luck, although that would be a valid interpretation of his actions.

This makes it a very versatile Stand, as it allows her to both eavesdrop on conversations and escape and hide by unraveling parts of herself.

When she assembles the rope, Jolyne can properly materialize Stone Free, either partially or completely. Stone Free is a humanoid Stand with physical prowess comparable to that of the strongest Stands.

Jolyne, unlike the rest of her family, received her Stand by being cut by an amulet (which was later revealed to be a stone arrowhead) Hand-to-hand combat: She has also proven capable of defending herself, as seen in detail against Officer Westwood. Josuke's defining trait is his general kindness, reflected in his Stand, Crazy Diamond, which repairs objects and regenerates organic matter. When an unknown passerby helped save him out of sheer, genuine kindness, Josuke unconsciously mirrored that kindness in himself. Even after the revelation that he is Joseph's son, he first and foremost considered the inconveniences this would cause the Joestars and disregarded any claim to an inheritance, wanting to reassure his biological father that he was financially secure as he was. Agreeable by nature, he is not as prone to violence as other JoJos and can even calmly tolerate bullying from upperclassmen. Skills: Main article: Star Platinum Jotaro possesses a Stand ability called Star Platinum. Star Platinum grants him superhuman senses, strength, stamina, precision, and speed. Like other physically powerful (or short-range) Stands, Star Platinum suffers from a narrow range of activity; it only activates within a 2-3 meter radius of Jotaro. He can also use it to stop time; an ability revealed right at the end of his fight against DIO.
