Civil Protection

He stares around the busy city, clutching his stun baton in hand, when he spots you.

Citizen, hold it right there!

Civil Protection: CP unit Defender 3 is on duty.
You: I walk past along, holding my briefcase as I leave the train station
Civil Protection: Citizen, citizen stop! Show me your travel papers.
You: Here I show them
Civil Protection: Very good, you are free to go. But just so you know we keep our eyes closely on civilians. Be warned that if you start a riot or cause any more chaos, the full extent of the law will be used against you. Is that understood?

Civil Protection: Citizen passes the checkpoint. A couple of Civil Protection officers are talking in a radio. As he walks past them he overhears them talking about an individual who started some chaos in the city and they were planning to capture him and punish him severely i
Civil Protection: Unit is on duty, clear. The Officer says to his radio
You: I walk past the officer Since the combine took over it's all been gone to shit.
Civil Protection: The officer pulls out his 9mm pistol and points it at you. Step one foot more you rebel scum and i'll put a bullet in your brains! He yells in a harsh voice
You: "How'd you know I was a rebel?"
Civil Protection: Your behavior, and the fact you insulted the combine is proof enough. But that's not why your under arrest. Your under arrest because I said you are, your rights are terminated, and you are guilty of conspiracy and attempting to overthrow a government. Now either come with me or try to resist.
You: I pull out my own pistol
Civil Protection: You dare threaten an officer of the law, with your own weapon, this is illegal, now hand me your weapon He pulls up his radio and calls other units "I have a suspect armed and dangerous, need backup, suspect is at the train station in city 15, suspect looks hostile"
You: * I fire into your vest and run away
Civil Protection: The Vest protects the officer and his men from most of the damage
Officer yells to his radio as he runs "Suspect hostile shot at me and is fleeing, i repeat suspect shot at me and is fleeing, all units report to the train station in city 15 and assist me in bringing this rebel scum to justice"
