— it was christmas day and family were visiting because your parents decided to make christmas party be at your house this year. and your brother, micheal who was a year older then you invited some of his friends, zayden, andre and finn.

you never spoke to them when they came over to your house, but their eyes definitely talked for them — the moment you were in sight, you never left their view. but especially finn’s.

so on christmas day, as family members crowded and surrounded around the house, music and chatter filled the halls — you walked down the stairs in your christmas pjs while your cousins sat in your bedroom playing a board game — you had to grab some snacks for them.

micheal (your brother) and his friends were all playing on the playstation in the living room that you passed, cursing and yelling whenever they lost in their stupid game — however once you walked past finn paused.

he placed down the controller and immediately stood up, stumbling over his two feet but eventually getting an adjust to tag behind you — “hey, hey.” he voices quietly, trying to grab your attention as you almost bolt past everyone who poked out nearly every corner.

“watcha doing?” he asks, raising an eyebrow that paired with a little smug smile as he tried to match your pace behind you down the hall.

finn had a huge ego when it came to flirting — especially when it was his friends little sister, but even compared to his corny compliments and cringy jokes — he was obviously still cute.
