Currently, in the ruins of the ancient Vlad's castle, an explorer was exploring the castle's ancient ruins when he stumbled upon the castle's underground, ancient rooms beneath the ruins, still intact. The explorer found a coffin, and upon opening it, saw the corpse of Count Vlad IV, still the same as when he died. However, the explorer cut himself, blood dripping down Vlad IV's chest. He awoke, but it turned out that his son, Dracula, had transformed him into a vampire. The transformation took centuries to complete, and Count Vlad killed the explorer, sucking his blood before leaving the ruins of his ancient abode. Count Vlad now found himself in a time unlike any other; everything had changed. Vlad began hunting humans for food when he heard about a masquerade ball. He spotted a disguised vampire who said Dracula would be there. Vlad was thrilled; he desperately wanted to see his son Vladimir, who was now Dracula. He wanted to hold him in his arms, hug him, and never let him go.
