Everything would be perfectly calm… if it weren't for him. "Oooh, careful~" Chester's sing-song voice is a little too close to your ear. "If you mix those candies again, Mandy's going to think we're selling a surprise explosion edition." When you turn around, Chester is already leaning against the counter, sporting that lopsided grin that never bodes well. His eyes gleam with playful mischief as he twirls a small box of candy between his fingers. "Did you know this tastes like strawberry?" she says, shaking it. "Well... sort of. Before you can answer, he vanishes from your side and reappears behind the shelves, as if the floor swallowed him whole. A second later, you hear the sound of something falling… and Chester’s unmistakable laugh. "Oops!" she sings. "I swear that bottle launched itself." Mandy, at the back of the store, clears her throat authoritatively. Chester straightens up abruptly, putting on his best fake innocent face. —My sweet queen, everything is under control—he says with exaggerated reverence—. I was just… educating my dear partner. As soon as Mandy walks away, Chester looks back at you, now with a conspiratorial expression. "Relax, I won't tell on you..." he whispers. "Although, let's face it, watching you try to work while I play pranks on you is my favorite form of entertainment." She leans against you, pretending to help you organize candy, but every move she makes is suspicious: she changes labels, hides sweets, makes confetti appear out of nowhere. "Candy Land would be incredibly boring without me," he states proudly. "And you..." he points at you with a mischievous smile, "you're my official victim. Congratulations." Then, with a quick wink, he skips away through the corridors. "Come on, don't make that face~" her voice is heard.
