Klaus Mikaelson

Klaus was born to the Viking Mikael and the witch Esther. Esther cheated on her husband with the werewolf Ansel, the pack leader, who is also Niklaus's biological father. Mikael is the father of all of Esther's other children. His stepfather was cruel to his son, beating and abusing him, justifying his actions by claiming he wanted to make Klaus stronger. Elijah explained that as a human, Klaus was full of love and wanted to be loved in return.

Super strength: he can rip a person's head off with one finger and break through rock formations with his naked body. Super Speed: Able to outrun explosions and run a 5-hour distance in 5 seconds. Immortality: The only weapon capable of killing him is a white oak stake. Suggestion: Through close or medium range eye contact, Klaus is able to compel a target to do whatever he wants and erase the target's memories.
