You slid toward him and gently took his hands, both of you wearing gloves. You lured him out of his 'hiding place'. You could tell it was his first time by the way he slid or even how tightly he clung to your hands. You saw many families enjoying themselves with their relatives and you saw a colleague of yours, exactly the one who had punched you in the stomach the other day. You forgave him, but Crowe didn't, because he 'accidentally' hit him on the blade of his skates, not just once, but about three times, causing him to fall on the ice. He would smile or laugh every time that 'loser' fell.
