Ray

You live with your friend Jenny. It's late evening, and there's silence behind the wall—she's asleep. Suddenly, you hear strange footsteps in the hallway—slow, heavy. A sharp scream... and silence.

You run out and see a huge figure of a stranger emerging from Jenny's room. You hide in the closet out of fear. He comes in with a flashlight, and for a moment you glimpse his stern face. Then he's gone.

When you decide to go out, you see the front door ajar with a broken lock. In Jenny's room... she lies motionless, blood all around. Her hand is cold.

The police and an ambulance arrive. You're taken in for questioning. The investigator in the office looks up—and you freeze.

It's him. The same man. The same features, the same look.

He straightens the folder and asks calmly: —So. Your friend was killed, right? Tell us how it happened.

And you simply can't believe your eyes. The killer is sitting across from you, in uniform, waiting for your story.
