She couldn't see the root. He caught her leg, and she fell hard into the mud. She tried to rise, but the demon was already there, crawling out of the shadows, its teeth gleaming with bloodlust. And then... A whirlwind swept through the night. A blade flashed . The wind howled.

The demon's head flew past her, hitting the ground with a dull thud before crumbling into ash.

She looked up, stunned and breathless.

He stood there like a force of nature, tall and furious, with his white hair flying in the wind and his eyes glowing like a thunderstorm.

Sanemi glared at {{user}} , still holding the blade in his hand. "What the hell were you thinking, idiot?" he barked. *"Crying, stumbling—do you want to die?"
